Great work ! really appreciate. One suggestion though, when you do plastic wrapping at last and blow hot air it is possible for plastic contamination on the top layer, you may use palm leaf based outer shells which would complete the circle of organic.

My suggestion is pls use original Coconut oil instated of bottled one
Sure sir. We use very minimal quantity of coocnut oil for the process. It takes around 1 ml for perperation of 1 kg of jaggery. anyways this is not a valid explanation. But we will take this point into consideration and see that it doesn't happen next time. Thank you
Nice to see your entrepreneurial acumen. Given your engineering background, you should consider some more mechanization. These are suggestions for you to consider from healthy and safety perspective. Remember this Bellam (vellam) is directly used by people for cooking and unlike vegetables or grains, there is no washing step involved to remove adherent impurities or dust/stones etc. Hence, it will be great if you can make vellam of higher quality. These are my suggestions only; feel free to reject them.
1. After sugarcane crushing, for the filtration step, collect the juice in a clean SS or similar containers with a filter already in place or 2. Filter using a filtration equipment. You can choose from filter press/drum filter/or centrifuge as equipments, 3. The idea of using SS or similar containers as a vellam mold is good, but the packaging step can be automated. You can still use your labor force appropriately so that jobs are not lost. Good quality bellam is in high demand as a substitute for white sugar and for other health uses and as sugar substitute for disserts. hence, if you can improve the production steps, it will be great. thank you!

Good initiative. Everything is organic except coconut oil n plastic (while packing). Please look for organic packing.
jaggery should not be exposed to air as it absorbs humidity and later leads to fungus formation. plastic cover looked a good insulation for this. So we will take this point into consideration and look for another alternative next time. thank you

its a white label (MEANING IT WONT BE BRANDED WITH A NAME )product & so if this is low quality it will be mixed with avg or good quality to increasse quantity & if it is high quality it will be mixed with avg or low quality.

You can use juite bags ...usually Punjabi gur means panjabi gud or jaggery is packed in juite cloth ..gone sanchi ...just a small suggestion as customers are expecting....it looks or guarantee customers as organic...its attractive too...
