I cant seem to get the active tracking wheel to appear on my screen ,is there something im missing in setting, any help would be greatly appreciated

I only works on trace mode in active track

update it with the latest firmware and calibrate all necessary settings on the controller/app.
plug and update the software with DJI Assitant 2 as well.
