    Andhra style chicken chili is a spicy and flavorful dish originating from the Andhra Pradesh region of India. Here's a simple recipe to make it:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 Kg Chicken, cut into small pieces
    - 30 green chilies, slit lengthwise
    - Salt to taste
    - Corn flour - 1 Tbsp
    - Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
    - Chilli Sauce - 2 Tbsp
    - Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
    - Water
    - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - Sunflower Oil - 100 ml
    - Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Instructions:
    1. Heat Ghee and add oil in a pan on medium heat. Add slit green chilies . Sauté for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.
    2. Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Stir fry on high heat until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
    3. Add Ginger Garlic Paste,soy sauce, chili sauce,Adjust salt according to your taste. If you prefer a slightly sweet taste, you can add a teaspoon of sugar at this point.
    4. add Corn flour with water and mix so that chicken gets good coated
    5. Finally, combine corn flour with water and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the gravy slightly thickens.
    Andhra style chicken chili pairs well with steamed rice, fried rice, or even with roti or naan. Enjoy your spicy and delicious dish!

    This is definitely not Andhra chilly chicken. It’s chinese. The original one is made with Gongura leaves. Looks very tasty though.
