I tried it today. It turned out really tasty.Everyone appreciated🙏😊. Only one concern chicken was not that much soft. But overall taste of Chilly chicken was like hotel cooked.
the Chinese secret to always have the meat very soft is, to put half a tsp of Baking Soda to the meat marinade. That's what they told me and that's what I saw in recipes used as well. I tried it and it really is so soft, no matter what kind of meat you use!

my shimla mirch was soft while chewing. I think you have to cook the vegetables like onion,and capsicum little more to be soft while chewing...
