Yes retainers is a MUST after braces so your teeth wouldn't shift back to how it was😁

Hey! I am having braces since 1 year now and I have powerchains since 3 months now when will I get rubber bands and when will my braces come off
That is a question you need to be asking your personal orthodontist, he can’t give you an answer if he doesn’t know your case or how sever your situation is.
I wish I hope I, on the other hand, have a brace, it's hard to hold on, I don't have a nice smile
