I love how they never explain how she's pulling the trigger on those guns or reloading LOL. But i have a theory El Wray tied a string from her PUBIC hair to the trigger. Every time she queefed. The trigger went off!

I though the lady doctor's son died when he shot himself by accident. Why's he in the post-credits?
a way of bringing him back to life symbolically, to please the audience who are not at all used to seeing children die so violently... but in my opinion, he is dead, this scene is not worth not much.

how exactly is she pulling the trigger on any of the guns on her legs or reloading? LOL
There were actually two cuts of the movie. One where the kid dies and that's what the general audience saw, and one where the kid survives all the way through. The latter was made personally for Rodriguez's kid who was the actor. It was made so he didn't have to see himself die.
