And you pulled it off while under rule of the British Crown clusterfuck ....Amazing !
So much work to restore that thing. It turned out great 👍
Thanks Max!
Dude this is such a cool channel. Keep wheelin’ and making great content!
Thank you!
Bro...... Merry Christmas youve come a long way !!! .......Sick Mullet !!!!
I keep watching these videos and crazy toyota truck builds/rebuilds to get ideas but I can't even figure out my damn evap leak 🤣😅 guess my 4runner will be staying stock.
When I did my 04' Elocker swap into my 84', I wired the Elocker to operate of the actual switch I got from a donor vehicle. The final touch is when the locker is engaged the switch does light up and in the cluster a warning light lights up and says "rear lock".
Your build and channel keep getting better and better. Keep up the great work, Merry Christmas. Cheers
Amazing work Clint. Keep up the great work! Whenever I see your truck It reminds me of my brand new 1992 Toyota Truck with the 3.0L V6 5spd Extra-Cab 4X4. Loved that truck. Even with the leaky head gaskets. Never left me stranded tho as the gaskets were caught early both times. Owned it for 14 years. Amazing what you have done with yours. And yes that V8 sounds awesome! Amazing you never threw in the towel after the fire.
That mullet is looking mint keep the mull game strong
Truck is really awesome dude. I’ve been following for a while now and I look forward to your videos every week. Keep it up!
Love the truck and what you’ve done so far!
I love your build, man! A lot of time and work put in to it, I'm sure! Great job :)
Awesome videos, I wait awaiting more. Pure genuine content. Thank you.
bro your truck is so sick.
Most reliable V8 Legendary 2UZ-FE!
Until you accidentally light them on fire 😅
Hay ,your trucks looking very good , runs great too , happy holidays .
👏🏻👏🏻 that’s determination coming back from a fire that bad.
Thanks man! I could not let that fire beat me, but I can't deny it was questionable at the time.
man i was like ......this dude is sick !!!!
Sweet truck! Awesome videos, keep it up!
Great rig bro. At least you built it and off road it.
Merry Christmas and Happy 4Wheelin" in 22!
You guys need some more recognition!
Sweet rig. Completely custom.
Sweet!!! Love this Toyota!!
Would love to see videos like this on your friends trucks also!
That is a great build way to hang in there on it merry Xmas
Thank you! Merry Christmas!
this video is what i actually wanted for christmas
Love the Tacoma, as always great video
Sweet rig 🔥
Good job, enjoy your videos I have a 94toyota xtracab 3.0 v6 in it. Iv always wanted to gut it fiberglass all around. I'd like to get say a 350ci smallblock in there ,Chevy stuff is easy to get.
But after seeing your ideas on the 1uzv8 I'm guessing would fit better then the 350ci
That’s a real bad ass Hilux….nice build 👍🏽👊🏽
Haha man, comparing it to the 2016 walkaround is nuts. Great work!
Right? Got better at presentation skills since then too 😂
love the rig. I was hoping to see the bed rack. maybe next time! lol
Damn you gave me a great idea, I think ima swap a sr5 door into my 94 base model, give me power windows and the better door panels for speakers as well!
Did you use heat paint in the engine bay this time nice build 👌
That'll be a blast....
Absolutely a blast!
What rear flairs and front fenders do you have love that look!
Love it.
Omg..... so hilarious..... that look of sho k on your face when you grabbed that second gear..... priceless..... love your videos. VERY INSPIRING!!!
So cool
I’m working on a scale rc that looks almost exactly like this, not intentional, just a big coincidence😆
Sick build! Definitely goals 💪🏻
What would you do differently/subtract/keep the same if you were doing the same ‘89 motor swap but with the goal of a badass work truck for occasional towing?
As opposed to an off-road rock climbing truck?
I bought my 91 4runner in 92. Need a motor idea to replace the 3.slow v6. Big newer 4 cylinder or?
Doing the 3.4 swap you had to do the resistor in the tachometer, did you remove it or keep it in when you went to the 1UZ swap?
Hello 👋🏻 I'm getting ready to do a SAS to my pickup and want the lowest lift aka center of gravity but want to run 35s to 37s. So what front lift spring size would you recommend? You mentioned 3 inch lift springs on this current rig. So will running 3 inch springs clear 37s or should I run say 4 inch? Any feed back helps a lot thanks!!
Do you think your headlights is bright enough? Or do you think you need brighter headlights?
Bro I love that interior but where did you get the short throw set up I hate trying to bang gears up a step hill to long of a throw
It's the LCE Short throw shifter. Super nice for that exact reason!
How about "Burnt Toyost"...love the channel!
I thin burnt toast is just funny
Is that thumbnail at Gallagher Head Lake?
Nope. Thumbnail is from Invermere area.
What was the front bumper company again?
Link for the lights not still active:/
Do you run any bumpstops?
Yeah, currently cheapo Amazon rubber bumps.
we have like this in suadi arabia
Nice Job! what's MPG you're getting with the Lexus V8?
Not sure! But better than the supercharged v6 for sure!
@@DirtGarage Wish you were near me, I want a V8 installed in my rust free 1985 4runner SR5 5 speed.
какой расход 30-40 литров ? почему не VVTI
How much body lift you have?
2"
No point going supercharger cause you got a badass v8 on a old rig
was wandering what radiator you put in this rig? i have an 85 toyota SR5 with a 350TBI in it and need a little extra cooling!
Hilux Surf radiator 3 row for a 1KZ diesel. Bolts in
@@DirtGarage Thanks for the info!!
do you remember what brand you bought? ebay? alot of different ones out there!
@@paulwaters3675 it was a generic cheap ebay one 🤣
Toyota can easily make that same truck and make a killing. Take away all of the new tech and keep it light and as basic as possible.
👍👊🇨🇦
28 spline is equal to a dana 30 🤣
Cool
Oh, 1UZ instead of American V8.
Two words, or in your case "werdth"...
speech therapy.
No thanks
@@DirtGarage
Don't you mean "thangth"? 😆
