Clean rig brotha! Can’t go wrong with tried and trued 22re! I 3rz swapped mine and never looking back! Lol so much more torque and power! Keep it In mind if the 22re ever flakes out.. lol (which I doubt)
@@RM_Garage I have a brand new set of front and rear axles to swap in just sitting in my garage. G2 D44's, 4.88 gears with 30 spline chromoly shafts and Detroit Truetracs. I need to buy the rear disc brake conversion kit, SYE, Tom Woods driveshaft and adjustable arms to finish it up. I am running a 4" lift, flat fenders and 35" Mickey Thompson MTZ's right now. Time and money... lol
Im getting the same exact kit in my 89 installed now….you have the free floating rotors with tacoma calipers? Can you tell me the specs on your wheels including back spacing? Im aslo going with 17” wheels and 37’s
It’s ran up above my rear upper shock mount and zip tied to it. Since I have that low range offroad mount that goes between the frame rails, it was a really easy part to anchor it to
4” front and rear. If I had to do it again I would maybe go with Deaver springs in the rear and link the front. That’s what I’ll be doing on the new 4Runner project.
@@RM_Garage thanks! I'm wanting to do a SAS on my 94 and trying to decide what leaf pack to run. Debating the 3"or 4" I can't decide. I plan on jist running 35s but I may get the itch for 37s
Love how you pan camera around like it's a lambo I literally see hundreds of the same truck in NC every week with bigger tires bigger lifts and way more shit
I meant to say IFS eliminator kit, NOT leaf spring eliminator kit :D @ 1:25.
That truck is badass 💪🔥
Toyotas in the snow...one of my favorite things ha ha! Winter is here and I'm looking forward to some snow trips.
Nice! I'm excited to go back up soon.
Truck looks great!
Thanks man! How’s your swap going?
Just found your channel. My whole family are Toyota fans, really like your content and video/editing. Nice job buddy 👍!
Thanks and glad the family enjoys it!
Look at that 4 wheeler!
Bald Mountain.... Fresno... You're not too far from me. Awesome truck! I just started down this path myself. I have a long way to go.
Nice Toto, good to see a vid from a local guy
Son y serán una leyenda Toyota
Man that’s a beautiful truck.
F*** yes! That's beautiful.
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Would love to have a closer look at your front driveline
Nice video man!
Thanks for watching :D

My only complaint is this thing is the slowest vehicle perhaps on Earth. I have a 3RZ runner too, it definitely runs much harder than the 22re :D
There's going to be a ton of snow up there by this wknd🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥! 1/30/21 let's goooo
I plan to go up more once I have a winch! Can’t wait for other trails to open - Red, Coyote, Swamp
Beautiful truck!
Thanks for watching! Have a couple other wheeling videos too!
I want dual sticks for my project 02 1stgentundra trd sr5 setup.
Great vlog on both trucks...
Thanks! A tundra is definitely in the list for one of my next projects.
Man that was awesome great vid 👍
Thanks 👍
The pick up tho 🔥😍 22RE the most reliable engine
Thanks man! Appreciate it
@@RM_Garage no problem brother I got an 88 Toyota Hiluz as well with the 22re almost 400k miles and still running like a champ
Good video, cool adventure and a really nice truck.
Really appreciate the feedback and your time. Thanks!
@@RM_Garage It is obvious a lot of effort went into that build. Nice work! My 2002 Jeep TJ is a work in progress but it is getting there.
@@gorillahd9247 What's the plan for the TJ?

what's that tool box in the bed? do you like it? any suggestions for a tool box ?
That 2nd gen needs lockers and mt tires 🤙
Do you have a video on the 4runner? It's so similar to mine, I'm curious to learn more about them...
The brown one in this video? I have a couple on the channel, and another lifted 2nd gen 4runner in a recent wheeling video. Check em out!
@@RM_Garage thank I will
Are you running double cardan drive shaft in the rear?
How does it do steering on the trails without hydro assist on 37s? I notice everyone tends to go hydro assist once they go to 37s-40s
It did fine for me. I have a landcruiser now on 38s with no hydro either. It does fine. I do plan to go hydro assist though
How much u charge to build once, labor cost for complete build. I have 1st gen 4runner 88.
What specifics do I need to know about intallr
Quick question wanted to know where you got the vent breather fitting for your rear diff, I saw you ran a hose up to the frame?
It’s ran up above my rear upper shock mount and zip tied to it. Since I have that low range offroad mount that goes between the frame rails, it was a really easy part to anchor it to
Thanks man clean pickup
Whats your top speed with 5.29s and 37 inch tires looking to regear my truck
I sold this truck and started building a Land Cruiser, but it was probably 75. I never took it much past 65.
How does the dual cases affect driving around town?
It doesn’t at all! It drives exactly the same as it did before.
17x9 rims? Wich is the offset?
What size lift did you do front and back? 5”?
4"
How much travel does the rear shocks have
What size lift springs did you choose for the SAS kit? Thanks
4” front and rear. If I had to do it again I would maybe go with Deaver springs in the rear and link the front. That’s what I’ll be doing on the new 4Runner project.

Is your ifs eliminator a 5 in or a 4 in
It’s a 4”
How many inches are those lift springs?
Hey mike, 4 inches.
What did you do for a front driveline
Had it custom made. Gave the driveshaft shop my IFS driveshaft and told them to use the CV and make it with thicker wall for rock crawling.
@@RM_Garage im building the same truck
Love how you pan camera around like it's a lambo

Yeah man, it’s a standard Toyota build. I was having fun with my new gimbal for the pan shots. Thanks for watching.

I'd trade u my 07gmc for your Toyota
Good for you dude nobody cares lol I bet they are rusty too
