You stopped the video a little too early ... her smile at the end is priceless
😄 Can't believe she stopped it before "the look" at the end- it summed up everything about what you just saw.
In my humble opinion, she is the best guitarist I have never heard, or seen. Past or present.
Because if where you stopped the clip you missed her smile at the end... it was a yep i killed that kind of smile
As a longtime guitar player let me offer my humble opinion- Tina, who began studying classical guitar at 6 years old, then transitioning to electric guitar when she was 13, is far more skilled and technically gifted then the doo OR davie504. Studying classical guitar so young would give her a HUGE advantage when she switched to electric guitar. I'm hoping you could do a reaction to her DragonForce cover?
It is super impressive that she's this good especially at this age.
The Dooo is not less either, he's been playing music for 14 years, multiple instruments and he has the ability to play pretty much every complex piece there is.
That being said, Tina's Steve Vai FTLOG cover was filled with great feelings. That was the most impressive cover of hers to me, because other than the technical skills, that FELT good too.
@@usuallyclueless4477 that's true. The doo is incredibly talented. Tina though is more technically gifted. The Doo can play anything that Tina can I believe, but not with nearly as much Focus
Tina S the best, 17 here. French guitarist. Sadly this was her last video, almost 5 years ago. Moved on to other things, chose another path. At University by most accounts. She has several other earlier wonderful RUclips videos.
Tapping, alteranate picking, sweeping, pull-offs ... Yep. she does it all. Very humbling for someone who played guitar for more than 30 years on stage. Grew up with classical piano and yes; everything she does is spot on
You commented that she is very chill and doesn't seem to have any emotion, but you stopped it like 5 seconds before it actually ends- Tina cracks a smile at the end!
She also smiles at first! TINA smiles 7 times in this video.
@@0ParisFrance YTI you are such a troll garbage person. Where is Tina today YT? Don't you want to explain your theory to this comment section?
@@steverogers3919 Tina is dead.
Another commenter said she played on average 7 notes per second for over 6 minutes during this song. She's only 17 yrs old at this recording. She studied classical guitar from about 6 yrs of age. A true phenom! Lots of professional guitarists would give anything to have her abilities. Thanks for the great review!
I think she is just "in the zone". It may look like she would be almost nonchalant but it may be that she is extremely concentrated... She said in some interview that she is very concentrated and emotional inside when playing guitar. You can find videos of her playing at very young age classical guitar and she looks quite similar in those videos also. The classical background can be noticed also in her metal rock covers. Her very "classical" musical expression (phrasing etc.) and impeccable technical skills must have developed mostly before she even started playing electric guitar. The tapping techniques she has learned after starting electric guitar I guess. After only one year of practising she already played very challenging songs in electric guitar.
Finally a good comment that does not talk nonsense! Thanks to you !
This is a 6 string electric guitar. And she played it with passion and such talent. She kills every tune she plays.
Yes but Tina has 10 fingers in each hand !
The look on her face is not one of ‘this is easy’, it is a look of extreme concentration and keeping the next steps in place. Notice she has the guitar on her left leg… that’s how classical guitar is played due to needing the guitar in perfect, stable position for such difficult playing.
She’s amazing, probably the best electric guitar playing on RUclips.
If she's classically trained (since age 6, from what I've read) then she'd have been coached to keep a neutral expression throughout. You can see her face break slightly when she nails a hard part or really gets into the music. It's subtle, but it's there :)
She play's the whole orchestra alone.
4:15 Its an Electric guitar (Hers is a Custom made Vigier Excalibur model I believe), there are different types of electric guitar pickups and bodies around so some research about it might be needed if you're into it.
Metal music players / shredders are usually seen to be using "superstrat" type electric guitars with at least one humbucker pickup.
Bass is what Davie504 plays, the one with the low, deep sound and 4 strings.
This Vigier Excalibur Custom is equipped with SEYMOUR DUNCAN pickups.
@@0ParisFrance Looks like it.
@@usuallyclueless4477TINA S interview :
--- QUESTION : Why did you choose the Vigier Excalibur Special Mysterious Green for the cover of THE LONER by Gary MOORE ?
*** TINA : I chose this guitar because it suits me perfectly. The Excalibur Special meets all my technical criteria in addition to having a dream aesthetic, with the neck, pickups and woods combined, it's just the complete package.
--- QUESTION : What are the biggest changes compared to your Excalibur Custom ?
*** TINA : The big difference is in the sound of the microphones. My Excalibur Custom has Seymour Duncan pickups while this new guitar has DiMarzio pickups. These are more aggressive pickups, which have a higher output and I like that.
For the neck, the big difference lies in the feel of the fingerboard. I have indeed opted for a rosewood fingerboard for my Special and the sensations of touch are very interesting. The bridge is also changed, the tuning stability is just great, the ease of use is also a winner compared to the Floyd Rose of my Excalibur Custom ...
In short, a lot of things have changed between the two models !
She made you do the "stink face", I love it
Missed the ending
The most insane thing is , she do not mis a single note or beat.
Greatest cover ever!!!
She’s the best damn guitarist in this galaxy. I’m just so sad that she hasn’t put up anything for a few years now. Her technique is flawless.
First time seeing her. Super talented. I looked away for a minute and forgot you were watching Tina. I thought the dooo was playing so I think she’s equally as good.
robyd. Tina is better than TheDooo at 17. But he didn’t start playing until 12. She started at 6. But she is better because she started learning classical until 13. Then switched to rock. She can play everything TheDooo can play as well as him, but he can’t play classical as well as her. If he practiced at it, I’m sure in a few years he would be right there. But as you saw in Davie504 vs TheDooo, when they played finger-style, TheDooo is nowhere near a classical guitarist level.
@@frankiek2269 I see. They’re all fairly new to me and I don’t have much knowledge of playing guitar so I’m sure I’ll pick up on it the more I learn about them 😅
Keep up with. Lol. There are tons of lead/rhythm guitarists in very popular bands now and in the past that she would embarrass. She’s 17 in this video.
Definitely check out Tina Setkic Dragon Force through the fire and the flames cover at 15 years old , awesome 👌Herman li of Dragon Force did a reaction to her cover a month ago and said it was the best cover, definitely check that out about 20 minutes. Awesome 👌
You just witnessed The prodigy, none of us , simple humans guitar player are able to achieve such unbelievable performance. The doo and davie504 could only dream to be able to play like her.
So we have to thank her teacher Renaud !
Its a six string electric guitar. Its a French made Vigier
Check out her cover of Steve Vai and DragonForce. Warning, put on your seatbelt.
Tina is great! The only thing is, she hasn't put out any videos since 2016. Where is she?
she is a gogo dancer now.
Very high quality Strat type guitar manufactured in France which makes sense as Tina S. is French. In fact, that guitar may be one of several the company gave to her.
She has a partnership with VIGIER and she has her own line of custom guitars. I think....pretty sure, yeah
@@steverogers3919 Now that you mention it, I think I remember reading that she had an Excalibur with some custom specs. I don't remember where though.
the company gave to her ????? Prove it. Endorsed doesn't mean it's free.
TINA S interview :
-- Question : What is your favorite guitar ?
-- Tina : My favorite guitar is the Vigier which you can see on my videos.
-- Question : How is the collaboration with Vigier ?
-- Tina : There are no collaboration. However, I was invited by Patrice Vigier to visit his factory. It was a great honor to meet him but there is currently no collaboration with Vigier as with any other brand of guitar.
-- Question : Why Vigier ?
-- Tina : Vigier is above all a brand of guitar of exceptional quality. Each model produced has specifications that we cannot find anywhere else. If you really want to perform well, you have to have 100% reliable equipment, that's what made me choose Vigier.
@@0ParisFrance it's funny that you say prove it. Why don't you go and prove your OTHER theory? Why don't you tell the comment section about Tina's accident? Nothing to say? Big surprise
This isn’t even Tina’s best tune. DAMN THO
PLEASE REACT TO MARCELITO POMOY " THE PRAYER " YOU LOVE HIS PERFORMANCE AND YOU WILL BE SHOCK
Dr VIOSSY who created this version uses the whammy bar while TINA has removed it.
Before listening to the version of TINA, you must first listen to Beethoven's classic Moonlight Sonata, then this version created by Dr VIOSSY and then the version of TINA !!
Viossy is far better than Tina.
@@nicolasarbogast2739

Reakt to the love of god next... 😅 Tina s is the Boss 😎
Can you please react to Natalie imbruglia song called Smoke
Music video version please
Jasmine. Tina's probably the best guitarist on the planet
Classically trained. She was 14 in this video. Check out her cover of dragon force "through fire and ice" and Gary Moore the loner. She also does a cover of Steve Vai " for the love of god".
You won't be disappointed.
14 ??????? This video is from August 2016 and Tina was born in April 1999
2016 - 1999 = 14 ??????? Are you sure ????????
What, is she one of the X-Men? And don't give me a hard time for not saying woman. There are far more important things to consider like forced needles
She is 17 here
17?!? OMG 😳
@@JasmineTVworld she is dead at 21, in December 2020 ! RIP.
@@0ParisFrance really? How did you know?
@@kerambeach It was written in the newspapers in France. And there is nothing more on Tina on RUclips, neither on Facebook, nor on Twitter, everything is stopped in 2021.
@@0ParisFrance which newspaper? What day?
She averaged 7 notes per second. You can't even count to 7 in a second
You have no idea on what you have seen...much less what a guitar is.
Hey
R.I.P. TINA S. You were a good guitarist.
She was boring as Hell !
@@nicolasarbogast2739 She was nevertheless congratulated and invited by American televisions, by Van Halen, Pink Floyd, Dragonforce, Dream Theater, Steve Vai, Jason Becker, guitar magazines !!!!
@@nicolasarbogast2739 You are jealous or hater ??
AUGUST 17, 2016, THIS IS HER LAST VIDEO, 5 YEARS AGO !!!! R.I.P TINA S.
What is a shame is that all the people who do "reactions" do not know how to play the guitar, are not real teachers, do not know solfège (reading music) and classical music !!
