I'm a Boys fan. Also, for Draug it's not necessarily that you put him in fighter/pirate in FE11. You put him in Hunter so he won't see counterattacks. When he promotes you flip him back to general for somewhere around 20 defense, lances for ridersbane to shred Cavs, and he keeps his bow rank. It worked really well when I ran H5.
