The scream when the spider is put on his face is my all time favourite on screen scream. It's amazing the pitch he got. Not to mention probably 1 of my favourite movies aswell
We used to watch this classic with my mom every Christmas, now that she's gone because of cancer we still watch it as a sign of remembrance of her every Christmas.
This man is absolutely HILARIOUS. My entire family practically hyperventilates laughing so hard from his physical comedy, no matter how many times we watch his scenes in Home Alone. Grateful for the laughs.
My beloved Dad passed away 27 years ago… months before, we watched Home Alone 2 together(my Brother, my beloved Dad and me) it was the moment in my life that I saw my Dad laughing so hard and crying while he was laughing. So, Mr. Daniel Stern, thank you for the happiness that you gave to my Father, for that unforgettable night, for everything that you did for my family in that moment, I’ll be grateful with you Forever ♾… thank you for being… YOU!
Glad to see someone of age who didn't blast social media for this and that but instead talked positively about it while using it to be entertaining and bring laughter and joy to the hearts of millions.. Thank you Mr. Stern
Just finished watching Home Alone 1 and 2 while wrapping gifts. They could not have picked a better pair of actors to play Harry and Marv. If there was a best scream award in movies, I think Daniel Stern would have won that award for both movies. I believe I was 5 or 6 when I first saw HA 1 and 2 which was about 3 or 4 years after HA 2 released, so from this 90s kid, thank you Joe and Dan for the laughs and the childhood memories with these two iconic holiday classics.
Aside from the gray hair, Daniel Stern looks like he’s an excellent shape and still good health, which is awesome. Definitely one of my favorite home alone actors.
Daniel Stern delivered the funniest line in both Home Alone 1 and 2, imo. 1 - the tarantula scream 2 - "that was the sound of a tool chest...falling down the stairs"
The toolchest is classic. One of the greatest lines ever. I saw the first Home Alone by myself when I was pregnant with my first child. When the 2nd one came out I watched it with my then 2 year old daughter. She's 34 now and both of us still laugh til we cry during the toolchest scene.
I'm happy that he's happy and content with himself. Once some people get a taste of success, they spend their lives chasing the bug of fame and glory only to crash and burn from crushing self doubt and unfulfilled expectations. Daniel's over here just counting his blessings and living life unchained with a clear mindset that most of us can relate to and admire. He is truly free. Good on ya.
Glad to see Mr. Stern still doing so well. He absolutely stole the show in the Home Alone movies. I watch em every year during the holidays and he makes me laugh my butt off each and every time.

The son is lgbt+. Kevin doesn't like the daughter's husband/fiance, nor does he like the son's boyfriend or girlfriend. This sends Kevin to a state that has him contemplating some pretty dark things even though he doesn't act on those contemplations.
