I just moved to Prairieville Louisiana from East Texas and people are so nice in Louisiana. I enjoyed your video, and my one suggestion is turn down the background music while you are talking. I am a senior and my hearing is not as good as it used to be and it was hard to understand what you were saying when the music was loud. Thanks for sharing!

My family and I are currently relocating from Houston to Arnaudville, LA and I was wondering about the beaches in Louisiana & Mississippi. We usually go to Galveston to get away from the hustle and bustle. Now we have more to explore. Thanks for the beach tour video🏝

You were in little Chenier I work there for 5 years after hurricane Rita and all I can is it has the most friendly people you will ever meet

Cameron. Hackberry, grand chenier are our fishing and shrimping industry. Holly beach was destroyed in 2005 by rita and by Laura recently. They aren't really vacation spots where u would expect to see a lot of people since rita

Whenever I think of beach properties I think EXPENSIVE. But that’s likely not the case since no one has inhabited some beach areas. Perhaps the fear of flooding and natural disasters keeps some properties from having construction and inhabiting.

Highway 87 used to go from Holiday Beach, Louisiana to Galveston until Hurricane Humberto in 07 finally made TxDot give up rebuilding.

You live on what looks like a small lake with a wooded area? That's what I'd like to do. From New Orleans. No interest in our beaches. I hope you have good fishing.

The southernmost roads on the gulf coast are in Florida. Music louder than you are speaking is a perfect way to ruin videos.

The bridge at 6:58 crosses the Gulf Intracostal Waterway at Forked Island, LA (29°50'11.7"N 92°18'10.5"W). Morgan City, LA is roughly 80 miles east of Forked Island. Enjoyed the video!
