- He has had this song stuck in his head allllll day!!! He can also sing "If You're Happy and You Know it" and "Bridge Over the River Kwai". Sometimes he gets confused and mixes all three together....yikes!

I just want you to know that my 7 cockatiels listen to Nanners several hours a week. We have him on a RUclips playlist on repeat. Its the only time of the day that they are focused and listening. We love listening to him sing. My son and I LOVE watching his videos because he is so happy and cute with his beak clap. I love how he sings what you ask him to. I have heard you say "how about a different song" so many times, that your voice is etched into by brain. lol=) I'm so glad you have posted these videos of Nanners. I dont know his story, but am so thankful for his singing.
omg, thank you so much! That is just amazing to hear! I'm so glad you, your son and your feather babies enjoy him. Wow, you have seven! That's amazing. I'm hoping to get another tiel soon. I love them to pieces. ☺
My cockatiel Frankie loves Nanners and tries to sing along with him. When I put these videos on I tell Frankie it's time to see his "best friend"
So sorry Nanners passed away. Nanners has brought so much happiness to our cockatiel and therefore us. What an awesome bird!
Robusphere Thank you so much. We miss him everyday. I don't think a bird will ever come into our lives that could replace him.
Nanners was so special
I love this little bird
We need more Nanners' videos. They are almost educational for other cockatiels (my Maxwell loves to listen to Nanners!)

Thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed his videos! Enjoy your baby bird.
He always throws in a few extra bars about half way through!
He chooses to change it up a bit like a professional artist. 😂 Also a mind of his own. ☺
Omg hes so cute
I hope you don't mind that I shared the video of him doing "If You're Happy and You Know It" on my Facebook page. My friends all loved it and thought it was the funniest thing they ever say. You should sent that to America's Funniest Home Videos.
@goldennight ...I have been whistling Bridge Over River Kwai to him lately, so hopefully he will sing it long enough for me to get a video. Usually he starts singing it and then busts into another song! lol
This makes me so sad..our Cockatiel, Petey, was in our family for 20 years and he sang the Andy Griffith theme song every day. He would get so excited when we played it for him.. He could do the whole song.
:( He passed away last year
so sad.
It's all cute when they first learn it then the husband starts complaining @1:03 about Nanner's carrying on.
My female lutino Daisy loves your nanners
Thanks Andy!
shes an only cockatiel
you need to get a video of Bridge Over the River Kwai
@77SamLuv77 Some tiels just refuse to sing or talk. I had one when I was younger that was very sweet, but never talked. He would whistle, but never songs. Start with one or two words/songs and just keep repeating them. Hopefully he will catch on. Nanners started talking when he was about 5 months old.
My cocktail parrot loves nanners
Awww birdie friends! lol ☺
My "Taco" looks so much like Nanners. I thought Taco was a girl, but the way he talks and whistles....I'm thinking he is a boy now!
So cute!
Nanners has a nice growl in his tone. I don't hear that in many tiels. How did you teach him the clap in "Happy & You know It" tune? I have a cockatiel I would love to teach him that!
MsQuakerparrot I actually dont know who Andy Griffith is but Nanners sings beautifly i've seen the other video too and he is amezing! he is my favorite cockatiel in the world!! may i ask how old is he?
@77SamLuv77 One more thing....if the bird doesn't like the song, he won't sing it! lol Try to find something that he shows interest in when you sing to him.
he iz i saw da video i no da difference by cockatiels male and female
Is it a Boy? I Heard guys would sing songs easier As girls (mine is 8 weeks old. But we think it is a girl (long story)) how dus you learn HIM this ? Are you doing this song the whole day or what??? ❤️❤️❤️❤️
+Goia01 He just caught on. A bird is more likely to repeat a song when they like it. Find a song that captures your bird's attention, aqnd just keep singing it to him. This song took Nanners about 1 or 2 weeks.
+Goia01 he was a boy. male cockatiels are more vocal than females. we were bessed to have such a happy little guy.
