I visited once and liked the bldg. It was the section past the bldg that I wasn't a fan of. The NY section was too cramp to give the effect needed by a larger area. Anyway, glad you like the event. Thanks for sharing. L:15

You know what the original Disneyland Paris park does well? It boasts an exceptional layout. At the heart is the castle, then you have Main Street and four distinct lands. The moment you step into Adventureland or Fantasyland, the immersive theming is unmistakable. you literally feel the atmosphere change when you step into Frontierland... This effective design is where Walt Disney Studios park falls short. Initially, it felt like a "sixth land" to Disneyland, featuring a central theme of old-school Hollywood and a look "behind-the-scene"s. Although smaller and less equipped for a full-day visit, it was very enjoyable.
However, the addition of Toy Story, Cars, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille, and Avengers Campus, along with remnants of the original Hollywood-themed buildings, created a disjointed experience. The layout seems haphazard; Ratatouille is perpetually crowded, the Front Lot often feels deserted, and the placement of attractions like the Tower of Terror seems random.
I'm hopeful the upcoming makeover will address these issues, but I remain skeptical. Placing an Alice in Wonderland show next to Avengers Campus, for example, seems... Weird.
I think Disney needs to decide what it truly wants this park to be. Or not... Maybe there's a reason why they want it to be a "messy" park... It does make it easier to add new themes...
