Gabi was literally commiting warcrimes the when she was introduced or atleast what would be considered a warcrime in our world. Perfect introduction to her character and Marley because it showed what a bunch of bastards they are.
This comment exactly, Gabi had reality right in front of her her whole life and refused to accept it. That's the difference, all of her friends were aware of the reality of marley and that invading other nations was wrong. Gabi never cared because it didn't benefit her til she got humbled. I don't hate her anymore but I don't like her and to me she is very different from Eren who from the first episode only wanted to save people and explore the world.

Uncle ruckus was being abused by his black father, who hated white people, as his mom fed him propaganda. Of course he thinks blacks are bad.
Hansel and Gretel were abused so much in the past before they were taken in by bad people who taught them to kill. Let's not forget the way hansel, a child, tried to "reward" the only person who was nice to her. They both were literally mentally damaged beyond repair and saw nothing wrong with their actions, because violence was their entire life.
Gabi on the other hand knew her enemies wouldn't attack a little girl on the battlefield. She knew the prison guard would be empathetic to her by faking an illness. She even told eren to not "sins of the father" her, yet did that to kaya. She was spat on and possibly threatened by Marleyans, yet she sucked up to them and always hated paradise.
Even the citizens of North Korea question the anti American propaganda, because their own leader is abusing them whilst they never met Americans. Which makes Gabi a self righteous hypocrite, who knows better, that just takes her hatred out on someone else to justify herself.
Plus Marley had freaking titans on their side and she committed one warcrime

They never even had a conscripted military, it was all voluntary. Not even Marley can say that.
My biggest issue with Gabi was that she couldn't understand why Eren went on a rampage in Liberio.
Like, dude... Paradise had 100 years of neutrality and Marley response with that was:
1. Send out four titan shifters to destroy Paradise
2. Send out two more titan shifters.
3. Announce a full out war against Paradise after 4 years of neutrality.
How do you think any normal human would response? Also, didn't she commit warcrimes before that?

I never understood why people said Gabi was a reflection of Eren. Yes they have some similarities, but Eren (in the beginning) always gave people chances, he never wanted to hurt others. Even when he found out Annie was the female titan, he had a lot of hesitation. He cared for people way more than Gabi. Even now, he’s still not like Gabi because just ready to kill everyone unnecessarily lol.

He gave chances to people that he thought were in his in-group. His anguish over Annie, Bertholdt, and especially Reiner was because he was betrayed by them, not because he was a charitable person by nature. In contrast, he actively wrote off Mikasa's kidnappers as "beasts in human clothing"-- not even "bad people", he didn't consider them human. That mentality worked just fine when they were fighting Titans, but then they found humans betraying them, they butted heads with the MP and aristocracy, and they found out that his "us" were widely despised in the rest of the world.
But even _then,_ he found out that there good people among the "them" he initially wrote off as a unitary enemy... _and he still chooses to kill them all. Innocent or not. Combatant or not._ Partly because he feels deprived of the freedom he sought from the world he was fighting to reach since he was a cadet, but still.
Him "giving them a chance" would be doing what Yelena suggested and destroying Marley's battleships and airbase so 1) they couldn't even reach Paradis, and 2) their economy would be indefinitely crippled enough that Paradis could negotiate peace. But he wanted to do the Rumbling even if there were less murderous solutions.

@@seg162The reason Yelenas plan wasn't a option for him is because it wouldn't take much time for them to make new boats and children would still have to eat their parents to make the marlyans still fear the rumbling. His friends would also have to live in fear of Marlyans attacking again, Marlyans would never negotiate for peace, There hatred for the Eldians were too great. The rumbling was the only way to assure his friends could live long, happy lives since hatred will never cease to exist as we see in the ending. Regarding him calling the kidnappers diseases, I don't blame him because he actually witnesses the kidnappers kidnap Mikasa, Gabi lived a while with the Braun family yet still wanted to kill them after seeing they were normal people who did nothing wrong. Eren even said to Reiner that he doesn't blame him for his actions when he meets him again at the start of season 4. Eren and Gabi are not the same.
People hate Gabi cos she killed Sasha. Those same people r fucking idiots. Eren and his people go there, kill a bunch of her friends, who were children as well, and mfs expect her to act normal.
@@wace9174 Again: destroying their ships AND airship research facilities would not only destroy their mobility entirely, but also cripple their economy. They wouldn't have the money or resources to build new ships, and in the meantime Paradis would have the space to at least attempt to broker peace. If they tried to make ships again, they could destroy them again with trivial ease.
The reason Eren doesn't do that is because of what I said, but also that the plans that would facilitate this capability would involve turning Historia's bloodline into breeders whose children are forced to eat their parents for the sake of national security. But still, he chose genocide.
"The rumbling was the only way to assure his friends could live long, happy lives" It wasn't. The Liberio raid he goaded his friends into not only endangered them but outright got Sasha killed. Armin and Mikasa narrowly avoided getting caught up in the bomb explosion that killed Zackley. Jean and Connie were barely prevented by Niccolo from drinking the spiked wine. They could have gotten killed during the Shiganshina raid that wouldn't have come for another 6 months if not for the Liberio raid. They could have gotten killed by the Titans that Zeke made during that raid-- and speaking of Zeke, Levi nearly died in handling Zeke. They could have died against the Yeagerists, and they could have died trying to stop him while fighting the Titan husks that Ymir was presumably controlling (or so Armin surmised). I'm sure he cared about protecting his friends, but he also endangered them because that wasn't even his prime motivation.

Eren learned the exact same thing Gabi learned, but unlike Gabi, he still chose to kill the people he recognized as people while _still_ trying to write them off as "beasts" (cf. end of ch. 130/end of S4P2). Darn right, Eren and Gabi aren't the same... Gabi actually followed through with the lesson she learned.
And to make Peach even more worse of a person, she left Mario and Bowser to DIE on the MOON by stealing Cappy’s sister and Mario’s ship.
I would have to team up with bowser, kill her and get Bowser to use a 1-up on her to do it again. Ain't no way I do that for nearly 40 years and get left to die.

No lie one of my favorite parts of Homelander's character was his "love" for Noir. He'd be ripping on the entire Seven and still tell Noir he's the man. Now he's got nothing to change up his usual characterization with the members.
The worst thing about Gabi was the beat down she received didn't go far enough. She killed a beloved character and then tried to kill Aaron. Then she just gets to live after multiple attempts on her life.
Gabi is a minor who was brainwashed by her own country to kill without knowing right from wrong and if one of her family members was a traitor she would either kill them or tell her government.

And here's some more that I personally cannot stand:
Odalia Blight from The Owl House: Odalia is just a terrible mother. Like, if you want to know how to be a good parent, just do the exact opposite of everything Odalia does, and you will win parent of the year. And on top of that, she just has an obnoxious, posh, smug delivery that makes me want to punch her in the face.
Chloe Price from Life Is Strange: I don't have any connection to the Life Is Strange series, but oh my god do I loathe Chloe Price. Like, she is one of the worst fictional friends of all time. She's an obnoxious, pretentious hipster brat, who endlessly takes advantage of Max's powers, is not interesting or likable in any conceivable way, is just an all around terrible person, and unlike Odalia, we're actually supposed to LIKE AND SYMPATHIZE WITH CHLOE!! Yeah, no.
The narrator from Peppa Pig: Now, this might seem like a weird choice at first, hating a narrator. But here's why I loathe the narrator from Peppa Pig: This dude will not shut up. Literally any time anything happens, the narrator comes in restating what happened so the kids at home will be spoon-fed information instead of letting them process what's going on. Even if another character says what's happening, this asshole still chimes in. Like, we get it dude. You don't think kids are smart enough to rub 2 braincells together. Can you please just shut up for once and let the events actually play on screen?
Jennifer Walters from She Hulk: The perfect storm of awfulness. Not only does Tatiana Maslany do a terrible job in the role, but Jen is also a privileged, hypocritical person, who does terrible meta humor, is treated like an absolute perfect queen, does not grow or evolve or change in any way, and is a character that the show basically forces you at gunpoint to like or else you're a sexist. She Hulk is an awful show for many reasons, but Jen is easily one of the main reasons it sucks so much.
I feel bad for all the big youtubers who played life is strange and thought Chloe was a good friend. When I was young, I thought she was cool. Then I grew up and seen the toxicity.

I started disliking peach after Odyssey came out. Imagine saving a girl you like from someone who was forcibly trying to marry her, then at the end you're about to ask her to marry you just for her to say no to you also.

I'm sorry but Gabi is nothing like Eren. From day one Eren was highly against the system he lived in. He hated living behind the walls and called out people who trained fighting titans just to get away from them. He was a unique individual who was able to think for himself meanwhile Gabi was doing everything Marley officials told her to do. She was a conformist who just followed orders because she believed the authorities would give her something in return. Eren on the other hand participated in the coup of the government. If Eren was born in Liberio he would join the resistance not just blindly follow orders. Just beacuse they were both hotheads and short-tempered doesn't make them the same. Not to mention Eren was actually humble and nice to people even when he was younger.

They had this awesome character development and insight with Black Noir and the cartoons having him remember and then just killed him off. I was so interested in him after the cartoon stuff I was hoping he would be a long standing character and we'd see more of his cartoon insanity. It would have been so fun. Such a waste of an amazing character. Absolute waste.

There’s one character I hate with every fiber of my being for basically no reason. I hate Jellal from Fairy Tail so much because that bastard just won’t stay dead. Every time they have all of the emotions and crap when he dies or gets redeemed or something stupid like that only for him to come back 13 episodes later. I can’t stand him. I love Mystogan though he’s great despite the fact that he’s just alternate reality Jellal.

I feel bad. I never hated a child character before. Not the little sister tropes, not Azula, not Caillou, not Sid from Toy Story. I think whenever there’s a new character who’s presented as the reflection of the original main character, I tend to be biased. But Gabi’s actions just made my negative emotions toward her escalate. I was both enraged and in denial about Sasha

The character that I hated when I was little is nobita from doreamon. Nobita is the biggest loser that I've ever seen. I hate it when he screams doreamon whenever his friends makes fun of him. Nobita can't solve a simple problem by himself. Bro acts like the world resolves around him. I feel bad for doreamon whenever nobita asks him for literally anything.
Okay I know I am 3 months late to the game but on your last one with Peach, if you ever get to read this one hear me out...BOTH points...kind of. Okay so at the end of Mario Odyssey Mario and Bowser straight fighting over her (after you beat him) till final she snaps at both of them, pretty much tells them both they ain't getting any cake, then if you keep playing she takes a trips around all the areas you had to fight thought. Now first of all, you can tell Bowser off just like that...but didn't till him and Mario are fighting over you and you KNOW they both want you and your play them both showing you could have left at anytime??? BURH!!
