The peculiarity of bakhsh is that it does not use carrots, but uses a lot of greens - coriander, parsley, dill, onion, basil and any other seasonal greens to taste. In addition to meat (preferably lamb) and fattened fat in bakhsh liver is added. The liver can be taken with chicken, beef or lamb.
But the most unexpected thing is that the bakhsh are cooking ... without kazan! It is prepared in linen pouches. As a result, the dish turns out to be dietary, but very tasty!
