The wii actually DOES have an official anti piracy. Or, more like anti modding. If it detects a single issue involving the system running, it will say "error 001: unauthorized device detected." Same goes for error 003, but it only occurs if you have a KoreanKii on your non-Korean wii.
I'm sure that the creator of the video watched the WaveFront's GameCube Anti-Piracy video, and it's supposed to be Revolution instead of Dolphin. Revolution is actually the Wii's codename.

You should have said "Revolution" instead of Dolphin, which is the ACTUAL codename for the Wii. Dolphin is the codename for the Gamecube.
