Hello,, The assistant show designer of Evermore here. Your giddiness and excitement is exciting and inspiring to see. Thank you for your video! Cant wait to see you for Lore!
Hi!!!! Can’t wait for Lore!!
Can you awesome people please build one of these in Big Bear City CA? We have Octoberfest, ski slopes, big lake and giant trees. Very "German" SoCal town. Our sister city is Abtenau Austria. Lots of room for this and Disney is building a new resort right down at the bottom of our mountain! We need this in our tiny town.
@@peachyb.4521 its not like you cant find things to do in CA. For myself this would be a reason to visit Utah. Plan a trip and see the USA.
@@sargentwaag1483 just because there is alot to do already in California doesn't mean CA or other states don't need something similar... I could totally see Ren Faires settling down permanent locations across the US and doing very similar stuff... considering how much variety is across Europe and it's historical locations you could make entirely unique locations in every state and offer something for people who can't leave their states and yet be awesome enough for people who can go to multiple locations too
@@sargentwaag1483 Zion is a sight to see in Utah brother. I used to live in Las Vegas but I never went to Zion till recently way after moving half the world away.
Looks like it shaped up a bit since Jenny Nicholson's visit in June. I'll be curious to see how the park progresses. I love the idea, but it just seems a ways away from being worth a long plane flight
Maybe the more unpretentious setting of an Oktoberfest is easier to pull off and more effective than the heavy LARPing it usually goes for.
Hello my name is Tamara , I want to thank you for the kind words you left at the end of this lovely video ! I was just getting ready to watch another and exit this one when you came close to the camera and began to speak your words of inspiration ! I so very much needed those words today , this was my first time watching you and your beautiful family . I am living with cancer and am on Hospice so I tend to live vicariously through others , I am an adventurer by heart and mind but alas my body will not allow me to venture out any longer ! So enjoy your video and you adventure , I will be watching as I have liked and subscribed and am looking forward to being a part so to speak of your family's journeys ! Thank you kindly and on we go , your friend in Humanity , Tamara
I would recommend anyone interested in going to this park to check out other reviews about this 'theme park'.
I love Evermore Park. They have three seasons; Lore the Halloween stuff, Aurora which is Christmas/winter themed. Then Mythos in the summer. This is your more 'traditional' fantasy with elves, dwarves, knights, pirates and fairies. Each season has a different story line and guilds you can join. It's a lot of fun. If you are in Utah you should come visit.
An all-year Renaissance Faire? WOW! Evermore is charming - loved it especially at night. (MIles won the battle.)
Miles is fearless because he's been so lovingly raised! ❤❤❤❤
Ever since I learned about this place a year or so back I've always wanted to go! It's so cool to get a closer look at what the place is actually like inside. I might have to stop by after Fan X This year!
I heard they got a booth at Fan X actually this year definetly check em out!
I love that the Lizard is legit named "Trogdor, the Burninator" Oh, my gosh!! Homestar runner flashbacks!
I HAVE to make it here one day!!
Thank you for this video!!
TROGDOOOOOR!!
We are all a bunch of nerds here
I wonder if he burninates the country side. Or burninates the peasants.
@@NeMoC53 more like he eatenates the foods
I love how simple this is it only needs some dark rides.
Also this places feels like some friends/creative people's dream came true. They were like we can do this and did it. This is the American spirit I can get behind. Well done Evermore!!
That is exactly what it is. The guy who started it loves halloween. Like put together huge haunts in his own house and yard every year. This place went through YEARS and years of development and changes. It was insane to follow it and see it evolve and then finally be built. It is unique. There's nothing else really like it. Certainly not where your own presence shapes the story of the park. There have been homages added permanently to the park to honor guests (called world walkers) who have had a large influence on the story. And it isn't a static place. Characters idsappear, get killed. Others come. It is always changing, day to day.
This place looks perfect for goobers. I'm a big ole goober for sure. Next time I'm out this way I'm stopping here for sure.
We LOVE LOVE your Disney videos... but so fun and neat to see you all in a non-Disney setting! 🐉🏰
Wooow! What a cool & enchanting place! I already know the landscape of the Utah mountains are beautiful but to have this charming place nestled in between with amazing buildings, props, and full in-character immersion is just awesome! How magical!!! So jelly!!! ❤️🏰⛰🌳🗡🦙🦉🎶🎻🪗🪄🧙♂️
Never been there, but hopefully one day we'll be over in Utah! Too many comments to read through to check, but one of the gears was near the copper pot you guys touched. Thanks, I enjoyed the video.
Dude, I had never heard of your channel before, and it popped up in my suggested videos, and I clicked out of curiosity. I was doing some work around the house, feeding the animals, changing their water, giving them their meds, and just getting ready to settle in for the night. I figured, hey that looks kind of neat, I’ll leave it on for a couple of minutes and then go to one of my usual channels. While watching, I kept thinking that it would have been really cool to take my step kids there when they were younger, but they’re all in their 20s now. Honestly, a couple of them might still think it was pretty cool, but it’s hard to get them all together very often. Anyway- I ended up watching the whole thing, and I’m a little embarrassed to admit it, but the ending totally caught me off guard, and my eyes welled up with tears and I started crying. I’m a fairly big guy, heavily tattooed, pierced… parts, and people usually give me a bit of a wide berth, as I look a little intimidating to some people, but here I am, crying in my kitchen because some guy in a video said something that I really needed to hear and I didn’t know it until right then. I guess that I want to say thank you. I’ve been having a bit of a hard time, and I don’t talk to anyone about it, other than the dogs, so it really meant a lot to me to hear that. I appreciate it, and I think you’re fantastic- your video was really entertaining, and, well- you know how I feel about the end. Thanks, and I wish nothing but the best things in life (and beyond) for you and your family. Take care, buddy. I gave you a like and subscribed before I even started typing. 👍🏻
I’m so glad you shot this as I’ve always wanted to see it! The original creative director and designer was a good friend and former Disney Imagineer Josh Shipley. I can see where a lot of the inspiration and immersive ideas came from. So sad he’s not there anymore. Thanks for sharing the fun!
He brought a lot to this place. You can really see his hand everywhere.
I live five minutes from here and I've never been. 😬 It's nice to see what it looks like on the inside!
I love it! It’s like the renaissance fair, meets old Tucson studios, meets October fest! Rad!
I went there a few years back, before the pandemic. They were just starting up, and had plans for the train. I'm glad it's still around and I would love to go back!
So glad I finally watched this. Neat place and not crowded! Please show us more of Utah and the wonders within. 👍👍👍
Thank you for doing this review! I have wanted to go to Evermore, but I didn't want to use the time and money until I knew it was worth it. You rock, Chris!
Wow what a wonderful place thank you for sharing it it looks like you and your family had a lot of fun on your next visit please go into great detail on what kind of food and drinks they have there thank you
This park looks really awesome! I also appreciate the respect with which you treat your kiddo, it’s nice to see that this channel seems to be centered around your experience rather than interrupting your kid’s experience!
Thanks for showing us Evermore. I am excited to see more videos from here. :)
I think alpaca my bags and visit that place! 🤣
We love this park!!! Their Halloween adventure is awesome. If you come to the Halloween adventure make sure you come in your Halloween costume and there is fun haunts for all ages. In their Christmas adventure. they completely make the whole park into a Charles Dickens wonderland.
I love all the advantages and knowledge you show us. You guys are the best. Thank you PPP
Chris, I discovered your channel by chance. Have to say I'm not disappointed. You crack me up, I love how much you genuinely enjoy doing these videos and visiting these places. Keep up the good work man.
A theme park with an actual dragon named Trogdor? Hekkin' YES!
Visit in the Spring for Mythos and you can join the dragon trainer's guild. They've got a really awesome baby dragon puppeteered by one of the "trainers" that is ridiculously adorable and kids love to pet.
Love your videos so excited to see a couple more evermore videos in the future:) lore is cool I also think you Amanda and miles have to go in December as well they have a Christmas take over with tons of Christmas lights and Christmas themed quest’s
Wow looks like my favorite game, Skyrim! 🥰😎 Definitely will be going! Ty so much for sharing ❣
I've been wanting to go there. Now I want to go even more. I seem to remember reading that a former Disney imagineer helped create Evermore.
Amanda be like "OH! Time for a drink!" Chris this reminds me a little of the Texas Renaissance Festival. The rides are hand powered, but NO train (I adore Evermore's train) We also play "dress UP" Please do MORE of Evermore. If you can swing it. Come on out Texas way. We also have Dickens on the Strand (Galveston Island) + Polar Express. I would LOVE to visit Evermore. Such a lovely locale. Thanks PPP for a great tour! Michael T.
27:48 Oh hey, that's us! It was fun meeting you, and I look forward to seeing what you guys do when all the guilds are back up and running!
Yowza! I really appreciate your message at the end..your energies are infectious..great video! ( I live just 3 miles from this place and have been twice but haven’t made it there this year..yet. Thanks for the adventure walk through 😊❤
Trogdor the Burninator was looking to kidnap Princess Marzipan so the brave Sir Homestar Runner would have to come save her! His handler swiftly put a stop to the shenanigans though.
Beautiful and magical! Sometimes you need a break from the crazy crowded high tech parks. Thank you!
Great vlog! We will have to go there! 20 minutes away. Thanks Provost family.
Omg I've never heard of this place and it's gorgeous! The local performers were so fantastic. I definitely want to go!
Wow, what a unique cool park. Looks fun. Thanks for showing. Be Safe Take Care
That was fun, guys! Can't wait for next time! Love you three!🥰
Chris you're an amazing host of your channel! Dude I keep coming back to your videos so often just cause of how much fun you have! even when everyone else is serious you just have a way of playing it all down and making everything lighthearted. Keep making videos, they're awesome!
Thank you for showing us something so cool. My husband and I are making plans to go there with are girl. So excited 😊 love your videos ❤️

It honestly looks like so much more fun now than when she went, it seems like they made a lot of improvements lately.
@@HeortirtheWoodwarden I don't know , you heard what they said about buzzfeed
Thank you for the message, Chris! I needed it today!
First time discovering your channel and I loved this video. I never heard of Evermore but I go to lots of Renaissance Faires in costume and I think that Evermore looks amazing. Just a side note as you were having fun pressing buttons, I noticed as you touched the copper bowl and the kettle started to steam that there was a silver gear right next to the kettle on the left side of it. Surprised you didn't notice it. Thank you for this fun video, I felt like I was there, and enjoyed every moment of it.
Thank you so much for this video and beautiful message I love your videos
I can't wait to see more pf these videos. This was a lot pf fun.
Chris & Amanda - Great video! What a beautiful place to visit and quest in. We are lucky to have a yearly Renfest near us from Aug - Oct in Ohio. But to be able to visit there almost all year long is so cool! Thanks for taking us along with you!
They did an amazing job lighting the place. Looks like a fantasy photographer's dream.
My friends and I were just talking about Evermore! We plan on taking a visit. Great video!
What a fun place to go. First time I ever heard of it was when you did your spooky video from there. Now after seeing it in the daytime I definitely need to visit!
Thanks for coming down to visit our crazy little park. Love living right by it. You'd think going frequently would be boring, but it's not, the story changes daily. There are a lot of quests that can keep you very busy. It's not so heavily scripted, like Disneyland stuff is where they say the same things and the story never changes. This place is so different.
When you first walk in you kinda wonder what in the world this all is, it feels a little cheesy, corny... but pretty quickly you get sucked in. Evermore starts to feel like a legitimate little village caught out of time. The Evermorians do such a great job bringing it to life. Genuine, unique interactions with everyone. Layers upon layers of things to do. Sometimes quests intersect with other quests. Sometimes guilds are in direct competition. Hidden little magical moments all over. And the fact that it evolves every day, changes, grows, is never the same. It's unique and special. And impossible to really explain to people.
Hi Miles, Amanda and Chris!
Wow! This is awesome 🤩
Thank you!
Love this video! Quick trivia knowledge..
The established date of 1066 for Vanders Keep is very significant as that is when the Battle of Hastings was in England and ended the Holy Roman Empire that ruled since 55BC. 😉
Thanks for posting this video, Chris. I didn't get to visit before it closed down. I didn't know where it was located, and I'm just two cities away in Orem. I thought it was in Midway or Heber.
Yooohooo big summer blow out 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great park coverage. Thank you.
I haven’t been to Evermore in a long time but wow has it grown! There wasn’t a candy shop, there wasn’t even a map when I went. You just wandered and hoped for the best. But wow they have really stepped up their game! I think I’m going to have to return soon.
Was just there last weekend - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be flying back to UT just to see this during different seasons!!!!
So wonderful of you to show this amazing place it looks like one heck of a good time and I was so happy to explore the entire park along with you guys and boy do I love ❤️ exploring new places and I will say everything you showed throughout the park was amazing even the animals and I’m a sucker for animals man what a great place now I can’t wait till you guys go back to explore even more of the park and I’ll be there to explore right along with you thanks again for one heck of a good time now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Chris Amanda and Miles and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you peace ☮️ out ✌️
I’m definitely going there during Lore. Just subbed! 😊
looks like a nice fun wholesome place, and beautiful people...I don't think many places like this exist anymore..
Love your family . Amanda Miles and you Chris. All your adventures with your family is a joy to watch. If no o e has said to you YOU ARE AMAZING/AWESOME ALSO encouragement from you is always a sweet to hear
Very cool and enchanting place! Looks So fun !!
Darren and I would love to come with you guys when you go for LORE! And, of course dress up!👻🧙♀🧝♂
Yay!!!
Amazing place! This is a must visit.
17:29 The reason why the beware of rabbits sign is up is because the year before vendors would give you DND dice sets if you captured a rabbit and showed them it before letting it be released. When word got around to the regulars they went to the caretakers of the animals and brought the knowledge to them. The caretakers put a stop to that immediately. The animals of the park should not be disturb without supervision as they are also considered wild animals. The rabbits moved in, they were not brought into the park.
Such a neat video I didn’t even know about this place
What an amazing place!!!! My husband and I would love to go there!!! We were actually married at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire almost 21 years ago!! Thank you for sharing your experience!!!☺️
People in Utah are used to the white shirt and tie, but not when paired with those shorts. When (if) I make it to Utah again I'll have to swing by Evermore, it looks like a blast!
Looks like a lot of fun.
I love it... You made the "water" come out of the barrel. I would love to see Lore and Aurora there.
Adventurous. Thanks
Never heard of the place but now just have to save up and go! Thanks
This looks like a ton of fun! I hope I can get out to Utah one day to visit!
That fire spinner was awesome!!!
Way to go Miles braving through those scary catacombs.👍👍
Its normally like a D&D adventure Park. I really want to go.
Definitely go back. That looks awesome.
I'm glad you found Evermore.
I’m so exited to go!!! And I don’t even live that far away. I’m sos ad I didn’t know about this sooner!
its on the list! GOING!!!
Glad to see Trogdor is still alive and well, burninating the countryside.
5:50 one of the funniest moments ever when chris was hollering in celebration then gets startled by the random encounter😂
My wife and I went to Evermore for our honeymoon lol. Love this place to bits. It's too far to visit anything like regularly (about an 8 hour drive), but I hope to go back soon. This place needs more publicity!
I Love the avtatar the last Airbender them for the fire show!! Firts perfect!!
Love that y'all did a local park. My son would love this!
Fun fact the U of U actually helped Disney build their animatronics. My son found a video on RUclips of a trip in 1990 and that clip was included in the Lincoln video played. What?!!!!!!!!
I said fsh before Chris could and I still laughed out loud. What is going on with me?? I'm laughing at Chris puns!!😆
I love Evermore soo much. I followed their progress for years before they opened because I thought it was so impossible it must be a tax scam. As soon as they opened we went and were blown away and now go at least once annually. It's crazy how much is hidden and changes. I've never seen those buttons before and I've seen multiple setups in many of those buildings. For example in the crypt/cemetery we've seen vampires (a mix of real people and fakes), a massive interactive ogre, and a skeleton with a cursed amulet during different visits.
You are so Amazing I love watching your videos💚
OK. That's a keeper. I'm going. Ken's gonna make the $35mil back in no time! Only a 6hr drive, just perfect for an audio book or two 🤔 😀 😉 😄 Thanks for the video, ❤️ I really enjoyed it. 😉
Such a cool place! So submersive.
This might be the only thing that could lure me into Utah. Very cool.
Yoooooooooooooooo I was there that exact night. My dad passed him when he was leaving from dropping me off with some friends and it is such an amazing place. Also if you stick your hand through the bars in the chapel place than it will tell you something just a heads up for next time. There where some other cool buildings like the dragon school and the inside of the chapel and there are other cool things to check out when you go.
This is a welcome diversion from a long day😎
This looks like so much fun!
I need to go there! it looks amazing!
We visited for the first time last Halloween Lore season. Had a good time. Really cool once it gets dark and all the many pumpkins are lit up.
What a fun place … Good eye miles w finding the gear
