1.5 kilo of free range chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp knorr chicken soup mix
4 tbsp kreung (lemon grass mixture- watch our previous video)
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
7 long sweet bell peppers

Kanya Seng you can get it at Jane and finch grocery store in toronto or if you are near Vaughan you can get it at Bahn thhan (in front of Vaughan Mills mall)

Theara’s Spicy Kitchen yeh, if you put subs, then it make sense to put music, but in this case, she’s speaking, there’s no need to put music because you want to hear clearly what she’s saying. It’s too hard to hear her speak when the music is the same volume as she speaking. Especially, when she’s cooking, the sizzling sound, and the music, u can barely hear her speak.
