Underrated band???!!!!!!…..WTF 😂
@@jalfredogallegosd There always someone in the comment section who’ll call a highly respected, influential and acclaimed band “underrated”. It’s a thing, I guess

Hi Shane, what a great choice of music. Should be a fun one to get at.
I’ve sort of taken the last month off to give my carpal tunnel buzzing fingers a break so looking forward to this and just getting back at playing.
And thanks for remembering us BeatBuddy Mini owners and suggesting the correct beat to use.
Hope all is well and thanks again
Wally.
Hey Wally - thanks for that. Always like to hear from you. Sorry to hear about carpal tunnel issues...yikes, one of my worst fears for sure. Hope you have fun with it and take best care, Shane

Great as always, I like your way of teaching, Shane ! Btw, a few weeks ago I purchased the looper & the beat buddy (actually by you, hehe) but I haven’t got the time yet to be busy with them (too nice summer weather in Belgium). Looking out for your next video. Take care and stay save !
Super! Thanks Peter. You’ll love your new setup - so great! Cheers, Shane

Thanks Shane from Fiji.
Thank you Johnny - enjoy the trip - amazing!
Superb. I like the way you teach. Not too much havering 😉
Thank you Scott. Much appreciated. Cheers, Shane
In this song, and a lot of CCR songs, John Fogerty tuned his guitar down a whole step (D G C F A D) while Tom and Stu stayed in standard pitch. It becomes so much easier to play in that tuning. This is one of the secrets to their sound.
Благодарю за уроки нравится скачковый стиль.
Hey Shane this is great. I have a Beatbuddy as well and have it going into my acoustic amp. Was curious what you plug yours into as it sounds so much better. Would be great if you could sometime to a rundown on all the gear you are using. Thanks again
Thanks Larry. I love the Beatbuddy. I plug mine directly into a mixer and then I use two small powered speakers. Doesn’t have to be a big fancy mixer. Just a little one will do. Otherwise into an amp is totally fine. Cheers! Shand
From what I’ve gathered over the years, this song was played by John Fogerty in the key of A with the guitar tuned down a whole step. Tom Fogerty would play in standard tuning.
Thank you Richard - for sure there are guitars tuned down in the mix. This video is to capture a workable single guitar version. Cheers, Shane
Great upload, Your link in the discription for the Beat buddy is incorrect
Thanks for that - glad you enjoyed. I checked link to Beatbuddy and it’s working fine. Cheers, Shane
I would like to learn I still loving you by scorpion thank.
I love that song. Thank you! Shane
Just joined your channel and learned a lot of new things. Thank yoi for sharing so much information. May I place a request for the following song:
Still Got the Blues by Gary Moore.
Thank you in advance for your help and I will keep watching and learning from your videos.
Greetings from Las Vegas, Nevada. USA
Thank you Jorge - so glad to have you here with us! Great song suggestion - my best to you, Shane
Great job as usual ...but I think it's better on electric guitar especially the power chords
Thanks Lawson - for sure it's a great electric song but I think most of the people here are using acoustics - if you have an electric then definitely give it a go. Cheers, Shane
@@GuitarAtWork I understand ...just saying
Have you got the Beat Buddy plug in with guitar?
Hi Ken, my Beatbuddy is plugged into separate channels. Not same channels as guitar. Cheers, Shane
Hi Shane. What do you have your beat buddy plugged into? Can i plug it into my guitar amp?
Hi Wendell - I have a small mixer I plug it into. Then I put the mixer into two small bookshelf speakers. Fabulous. Cheers, Shane
@@GuitarAtWork Thanks so much
The power chord rhythm you did sounds like "Our Lips are Sealed" by the Go Gos. Don't ask me why I know...LOL.
Thank you John - holy moly I have not heard that song in a million years but I do remember it fondly. I had that album (cassette)! Cheers, Shane
CCR are contractually obligated to allow this song to be played in every film ever made that even so much as mentions the Vietnam war 😂
😆😆 "Don't panic, they're not barre chords, they're power chords"! You know me too well Shane.
Ha! Thanks John. Cheers, Shane
ok that is WEIRD! I just thought to look this up yesterday. Didn't like the 1st couple lessons I saw. Then Shane the man busts it out today.
Ha! Thank you Joe - hope it helps you lad - Cheers, Shane
It sure has! I'm all set and playing the whole thing now. Much appreciated!
Shouldn't you mention tune to drop D?
Thanks Johnny. There are guitars on the recording that are tuned low for sure. But you’d have to play it a whole lot differently than if you are in standard tuning as I have presented. Cheers, Shane
@@GuitarAtWork not breaking balls . I'm new sub and your presentation and demeanor are refreshing for beginners and intermediate players. Great work my friend ✌️
@@joeybutafuco1845 thank you Johnny. Glad to have you here. Shane
You are too anti-intro!! the intro's are so clutch if you want people at holiday parties to go "oh yeahhhhh I like that song!! what's it called again?"
Not anti-intro I promise you Cap. But it’s good to learn the basic song before you learn the intro. Save the detail for after you can jam out on the song. Cheers, Shane
@@GuitarAtWork Okay perhaps, I do suppose I feel somewhat reassured, yet to be honest, I'm not entirely convinced, because you are coming off as a genuine teacher who cares about their students but that could all just be a facade for an anti-intro agenda ... lol 🤣
(Love your videos!! Thanks!!)
I think you are getting the beats confused with .bto taking care of business
Not at all Max. Cheers
