Good Job!!!! Excellent interior. Another color to look at is bronze green for the interior. I think that is actually the appropriate color. I do nearly the same thing and get just the right color modulation, when I am doing my cockpits. Model Master used to make European Dark green that was close to a bronze green for the interior and main landing gear, that was also painted on P-47's. Again, great job.

As far as the corrugated floor it would depend on the manufacturer. Alot of manufacturers in the mix.plug wires were in a tan most of time and that depends once again on the manufacturers.they pre manufacturer parts from other parts of the country so when it got to the assembly line they could whip out a plane in record time.other then that,I enjoy your builds.keep up the great job......

For future reference. The angle marks that you placed "next" too the flaps should be wrapped around the leading edge of the actual flap pieces. Those numbers would do nothing IRL to tell the pilot what angle the flaps are at where you placed the decals on the model. Since the flaps are displayed up on the basic version, it would be a hidden detail but would be actually accurate

Very fair point sir! I did paint some exhaust stains on it off camera but you are right, no oil stains on this one… I didn’t want it to conflict too much with the job that I did on the camo. Apologies if you think it degrades the build!😄👌🏻

AFAIR the change from corrugated to smooth floors actually came DURING D-25 production. Only the last 30 or so had the flat floor, the others had the earlier, corrugated floor. Tamiya's kit also has the early floor where the M kit has the correct flat floor on a new sprue, as well as the early floor on the standard sprues. Except for 30 odd late D-25s, Miniatures is right...😢

nice build but, there was some mistake.
the cockpit was in bronze green , not interior green.
the undersurfaces was in natural metal and not grey. the P-47 was in NMF.
I'll made model the same for Miniart …

P-47s were the oddball. Their cockpits were Bronze Green.

The advanced version mostly gives you the parts to display the whole engine with the cowling off, and the gun bay doors open

the kit is just a crap .. i am building it and i don't have the motivation to continue. Its better to buy the Tamiya kit and put some rivets with rosie.

Re. radial engine wires. I opened up a HDMI cable. Goldmine of perfect size coated copper wires in multiple colors. Bend easily, no painting. Try it. Nothing to lose.
