Will do, Post training i usually do just the protein shake, For the greek yoghurt, it's mostly in the evenings or midday snack

Ya they're quite long, that might not be a bad idea. Love em as well. So my IG definitely does play a role with celebrity clients, a lot. and generally other clients that might be hesitant in working together.

Greg Lauren, it depends. The tops at times tend to fit small or TTS and the pants (like the cargos I picked up were quite baggy, which I personally like) so would aim to stick TTS with their bottoms and if you want that oversized look, go up a size.
