This is actually a really interesting form of content, guys. This way you can share your knowledge with less preparation time, and it's easier to listen to bc there's no whiteboard. If you were just a little more passionate during the conversation, maybe if you'd chosen topics you are more passionate and eager about it'd be more involving. Right now it's a little boring, sorry to say that. If you could find a one third of your great passion you show during your videos, this podcast would be absolutely priceless. Thank you.
For the first case involving MPGN/thin basement membrane disease/FSGS did you all bring up family history of kidney disease? Sorry if I missed that. If there is family history, genetic testing is something to strongly consider. If she has Alport, steroids not likely to help. TBM and FSGS can be associated with genetic conditions.
My husband started having swelling as well as very enlarged lymph nodes when he took amlodapine. Nodes went down when he stopped it, but swelling in legs has permanently continued.
Miss Zach on the whiteboard. The first case is carbohydrate toxicity. Confirm with fasting insulin. If it's high (it will be) 3 to 6 months on very-low or no-carbohydrate (carnivore) diet will normalize every parameter.
Brothers my english is not so good and this podcast thing too hard for me atleast can you publish the text or how can ı get the text you know just listening its too hard love you guys ı hope yours life will be excelent

Because calcium channel blockers shouldn't be used alone , it causes odema and it put lymphatic system and nodes on pressure
