In this video I will show you how to use the ConVoid plug-in for Revit. Resolving clashes between MEP, Structural and Architectural models can be difficult, but ConVoid plug-in automates this entire process of resolving clashes by creating and updating openings for MEP services in Structural and Architectural elements.

I would only recommend convoid for when one is generating the AS-built model. Otherwise interms of resolving collision and overlays among specialist elements say electricial v HVAC ducts where offseting and elevation changes are needed this plug in doesnt cut it.
Otherwise, thanks for walking us through this plug-in. If you happen to be intouch with CLASH MANAGER plug-in developers ENECA please inform them to PROVIDE us coordinators with a step by step tutorial cause their plug-in is of the essence.

Could you create a small scale Two-Flat apartment on the 2024 Revit version for demo of the update also. If you have time Thank You

I've sold a full series of dynamo scripts that do these. Real project scenario is that all mep are separate files, also str and arc. Csd and cbwd files links all trades together and this is where the voids should exist by running the addins/ script (edit, they got it correct). "All void is created automatically" is problematic in big projects. It's also not preferred due to complexity and flexibility of mep layout. Better to let the user group select mep elements to create voids from.
To add, pipes don't just follow offset diameter rule. In our standards, there are opening table based on size of pipe and across other discipline the tables change as well.

Sold it with encrypted python scripts that I control via github. Not free for now. Super busy with non technical tasks in my job.
