I’m listening to this woman and I feel like I’m on the journey and it’s the hard part… but like her I’m seeing how they have impact and I’m struggling to show up authentically because my authentic self is not my best self. I’m having a hard time showing up for myself. But I’ll share my wins- I’ve started working out again, I’m doing self care spiritually with great discipline, physically- with discipline, psychologically- regularly- but as my girl group as mentioned-- I’m not doing enough because I’m still frazzled and facing unmet needs. So more self care is needed than you could imagine when you’ve been neglectful of self for so long. when you have years of self neglect finding yourself committed to it is hard

Girl have some grace and don’t put words in her mouth. Cheating is no easy obstacle to overcome- from either party. But it’s not what she identified as the root cause of their marital distress
