Thank you this is what i feel and been to so many specialist and nothing. My grandma had parkinsons and my dad Ataxia. Ive brought this up but they say Im only 48 so it cannot be but no testing. This is a very good video with great information.
Happy to help. It might be Parkinson's but it might not be. Age doesn't really matter. Look for a Movement Disorder Specialist. They know the symptoms, testing and options better for whatever it is.
i get this when wearing heavy winter garments.
Yes. Heavy clothes do hang on your shoulders pretty hard. I recommend a snugger fit to distribute the weight of the garment to your body or move south.
@@TheParkinsonsGym it just went away compeltely overtime. still same clothes. doesn't happen anymore.
@@danbee415 That is great! It sounds like maybe you got stronger across your shoulders or you got your shoulders set better to even out the load and not bother the nerves.
