Sounds like the events/performances part is mainly going to mainly be the other 4 (SIAM SHADE is still the 5 of them - probably done this way so it is easier legally for all of the rights stuff). I guess the settlement (amicable) allows the 4 to continue forward (like if they want to make music and do concerts plus all of the other merchandising and reselling/promotion of the 2011-2016 concert stuff which is now out of print from Sound Motor Inc) as SIAM SHADE without him (though there may be occasions when he could "drop back in"). The jist I get is he doesn't want to be a part of it (maybe just continuing to play the old stuff over and over again isn't something he wants to do since he has the other creative outlet along with his solo stuff). I get that. Not going to be the same of course (for the band and the fans) since his guitar playing is instrumental to the whole thing. Kind of a bummer because that disrupted any notion of a 25th anniversary tour. I guess a remote possibly is the 30th anniversary...
So awesome. Hope still plays with Siam shade even after the lawsuit. Maybe someday. We can only hope
