Great flying as usual, Niko! One of aviation's best ways to grow rock solid flight-experience is to fly multi-state IFR in both IMC and VMC. Congrats on the new bird!
Nice job Niko. Coupled approach in the Cirrus is an IFR game changer. I recently did an IFR flight in my SR20 where I had to descend through a layer and picked up some real rime for the first time. I learned something valuable as I should have asked ATC to keep me above the layer longer while vectoring me to the FAF so I would spend less time in the soup. When I landed I had to remove some ice from the leading edges before my return trip. Corrected the issue on the return home by building up speed below the overcast layer and accelerating up through it (1,000') to get on top quickly. I asked to stay on top longer before my descent to land at home. No TKS for my plane so I have limited options.
+Niko's Wings Hopefully the winds will die down a bit. Nice plane by the way, I was wondering when you would finally get something. Our new site is www.aeroworksproductions.com
Good stuff! I am currently working on my instrument rating out of Chicago Executive Airport, and this really encourages me to keep going. Never knew that Galt has a restaurant, but the 36 foot wide runway will probably still keep me away!
enjoyed the video for the actual conditions, but the camera angle was a bit rough. I had a bit of the the leans! And couldn't see the panel instruments either other than a touch of VSI to monitor the approach. Maybe adjust the camera angle a bit? thanks for sharing!
Nice Approach, Ufff. ..Niko, what´s the plane you enjoy more to fly, DA42, DA40, Cessna182 or Cirrus SR22, That I have seen in the videos. Thank you. By.
Thanks Martin, I use my GoPro and for the intercom audio I use my iPhone. It's a bit of a pain marrying the video and audio channels but the result is better since I use some of the ambient sound from the cockpit in my videos. Thanks for Watching!
+Niko's Wings cool, what was your out? I'm actually IFR training right now and have been taught that winter IFR flying is almost always a no-go due to ice and low freezing levels.
Excellent video! Down to minimums.
Great video. Currently in IFR training. Very inspiring to see you calmly execute this precision approach. Thanks for sharing!
Doesn't get any better than that. Nice work.
I never knew when you touched down! "Smooth operator" Nico!
Great flying as usual, Niko!

Congrats on the new bird!
That is one of the great things about flying in the Midwest, the variety of weather conditions.
Great job and really nice video. Look forward to the next one.
Excellent video!!!
Great flight - handled the landing well, cool and collected. Thanks for the video.

Very interesting story. Thanks for sharing!
Great approach Niko 👍🏻
Nice job Niko!
Well trained pilot ;-)
Great video!
At 300 that looked low enough can't imagine 200 it would be hard not to pull up and trust the instruments. Very nicely done.
awesomeness!!!
Great Video, Great job on the approach, please keep em coming :)
Nicely done
Nice job Niko. Another great video too!
+Aeroworks Productions Thanks buddy! How's business?
+Niko's Wings Staying busy. Flying 419AM to St Louis in the morning for a job.
+Aeroworks Productions Should be a fun flight!

+Aeroworks Productions Nice site, you are definitely one of the pioneers of the industry! I know who to go to if I ever need to get into drones :-)

+Mohammed Altuwairgi There's my accent confusing people again, lol. I said grass runway, not restaurant. Sorry about the confusion :-)
Stunning plane. Saw it on static on EBACE this year!
So nice!
Perfect Flying skills,
Excellent!
sweet vid. wish I had aviation friends. Heck, friends that liked to fly at least. :)
AWESONE VIDEO....COOL....

Good point. I learned a lot myself from putting together this video so I will make sure to put the camera at a better spot.
nice flying guys imc at it's best!
What is the name of your theme music at the beginning? It fits just perfect for your channel!
Hi Ryan, it's royalty free music I purchased online.
Wow. Great!!!!
so where is the shot of the instruments.

I love my SR22 the most. Thanks for watching.
Hi Nicko! Awesome video! How do you record everything in the cockpit?
Thanks Martin, I use my GoPro and for the intercom audio I use my iPhone. It's a bit of a pain marrying the video and audio channels but the result is better since I use some of the ambient sound from the cockpit in my videos. Thanks for Watching!
Great stuff. Any ice on the approach?
I think I spotted some trace rime initially on the final descent but not significant. Thanks for watching!
snow on the ground and 1C in the clouds, you were not afraid of icing ?
+Mech engineer Of course I was and I was prepared for it.
+Niko's Wings cool, what was your out? I'm actually IFR training right now and have been taught that winter IFR flying is almost always a no-go due to ice and low freezing levels.
Did you just have the minimums to get your commercial?
I fly of of Gwinnett County Briscoe Field
Whats the intro and outto music called?
HumanLiveStock it's stock music from shutterstock
I'd be nice if you included a cockpit view in IFR flights. Looking at clouds is not really entertaining.
