There is some correction in video line 9 is a extension of line 7 not 7a ok Mumbai metero line 7A+7+ 9+13 all are one line only bas phase me devide kiya hai 7a start from - mumbai airpot and end to Andheri 7 start from - Andheri and end to dahisar east 9 start from - dahisar east and end to miraroad shivaji chowk 13 line start from- miraroad and end to virar east line 9 and 13 are connected so all this start from virar and end to mumbai airport total length is 50-55km. And one more thing line 7a connect to line 8 golden line ( connect Mumbai airport to new Mumbai international airport) *only line 7(18km) is in operation , 7a(3.5 km) and 9(12km) are in development and line 13(20km) and line 8(35km) are in planned and working start from 2025. So deadline for all this is 2027 so virar to new mubai airport total 85km
You have missed Navi Mumbai metro which is 11 km. long and presently operational. It runs from Belapur to Pendhar in Taloja. Further Navi Mumbai metro network will be expanded in future.
The Metro construction work is extremely slow and the deadlines don’t mean anything. Just some dates thrown at people. May be the next generation will get to see it completed.

Getting approvals from local planning agency + local funding agency + state govt + central govt can take up to 2yrs, post which tenders will be rolled out and finalizing tenders by technical and financial viability will also take upwards of an year Post which goetechnical investigations, then shifting utilities, removing encroachments, transferring land from railway to the metro agency...... Only after all this huge paperwork, can the ground piling/pier construction start Mumbai being a land starved city will also face issues for metro depots and clearing encroachments on the alignment.... Till then Delhi will have completed even phase 6, avg cycle for each phase is 5yrs for Delhi

No. Unfortunately there is no metro planned in vashi. But I think metro line 8 will pass near to Vashi so you will have a metro station for it somewhere.

It is hard to say because once traffic gets divided between two, locals may become unprofitable and expensive to maintain.
