been taking out the regulators on many gm vehicles for the past 30 years and never knew this.
I have to replace both of my window regulators on my 84 Eldorado. I’m hoping it’s the same way. G body should be G body. Awesome video and I hope this helps a lot!

How many connections are connected to the motor I removed my Dorr panel thete is only one connecter where released that black clip I see nothing there
There's only one connecter with 2 wires on it
If you took the doors off the regal or the Monte, how did you disconnect the wiring connector from the car to the door? Just use a trim tool and it unplugs?
When I took off the doors on the '78 Monte I disconnected everything from inside the door and left the harness attached to the body. As I was cleaning the jambs I realized the harness has a plug that can be disconnect to remove the part of the harness that goes to the door. This plug is inside the hole of the body and is long enough to pull out and disconnect. I'm sure it's in one of my Monte videos. Most likely the video right after I removed the doors and started cleaning the jambs.

They come off pretty easy but if you break some you can find replacements on Ebay...They're not hard to find

Yes, the mounting bracket can be swapped for a left or right.
One motor fit's both sides or you have to oder L Or R motor Thank's
Yes, same motor fits both sides. The mounting bracket is the one that changes for each side.

hey bro is it just me or does that new motor really not that much faster? Do you know if they offer faster ones by price range? or they all the same? oh yeah love the videos homie keep it up
It works a bit better, but yeah not that noticeable. It works a lot smoother than the old one. I know they make modules to add to the window motors to make them work faster but I'm good with this for now. I believe all window motots will be relatively the same. Thanks for watching 💪💯🔥

No, they're the same. The bracket can be located on either side to make it work for a left or right side.
