Great video! As you said, when you make iced coffe instead of cold brew you get more of the origin flovour for a more complex and interessting cup. For me iced coffe (brewed with hot water) is the better option, but it does take more time, so for people who don't care as much for the more fruitier notes, cold brew is a great option.

I like my cold brew better but I replace the water and the coffee with whiskey 🥃 and serve it the same in a glass with a big ice cube 🧊

This is great! Love that brewer is but I hate to be that barista but that technically the making of a "toddy". That is in returned a cold brewed cup of coffee but not the same. The actually process of making cold brew via dripping over a layer of grounds that then go through a process of extraction over a period of 8-12 hours. So normally a drip per second extracting less acidic properties of the coffee.
There are some great home brewer coffee devices that are more compact than the ones used in a commercial coffee shop. Alternative brewing has a few.
nonetheless love you are experimenting with different brew devices.
