Semper Fi I found out, my dad found out he had a long lost son. My older brother and I served during the same time and deployed to Iraq and replaced each others units without knowing at the time or knowing each other. He joined as Marine and I as a FMF corpsman .. we met up for the first time about 3 years ago and have a lot of catching up to do . I was the oldest and still in a sense , I am but I always wondered what it would be like to have an olde brother and on top of it, a Tun tavern marine . Life is nuts
Monster RAM what exactly was the difference between the Bn STA platoon and the old/new Reg STA plt then? Does the Reg plt get sent out piecemeal to support the Bn in the order the SS came from (1st Reg snipers go back to their respective Bn, etc.) ?

To all of my devil dogs out there we the best damn the rest I was in the marines for two years before I was injured and now I serve my country and community as a police officer for nine almost ten years now and in January I'm going to train with the FBI special response team as part of my swat training even though I graduated from swat school six months ago were the best so damn the rest was the motto for my swat class so I think the marines are the best before I was injured I thought about doing this but fate had a different things for me so thank you and god bless and have a merry Christmas

@@ahoyjayd If you can get residency in the US with proof of living or green card, visa, etc. You can go through the Marines through the naturalization process and get your citizenship through them. My buddy Kim was a Rok Marine and that's how he got his citizenship.

@@robert7838 if you took it till you were 14 then still prescribed it after 24 months of turning then it will be a problem sorta as long as you maintain a 2.0 GPA after being taken off it they will over look it I sadly maintained a 1.9 after I was taken off

Actually let me state that better, the respect I have for the Marines is unequaled. I just think by using play on words or puns they're actually pre-programming these marines to do the work of pigs especially nowadays absolutely last days of November 2018 and with what their objective is in Iraq and Afghanistan. J Never work in absolutes, as many platoon leaders remember the name of each and every man they order into death, not to mention the person’s friends and family. Not only them, but squad mates as well, or an Iraqi farmer you saved who was about to be slaughtered by ISIS, etc. You don’t have to be in a book to be remembered, nor does it really matter, as one’s family should be enough. I know it is for me and I plan on enlisting myself. Hell, I plan on making my career the Marine Corps. Even if I won’t be remembered, I won’t care, because as long as I’m proud of myself and what I’ve done, I won’t be disappointed. Semper Fidelis.

Shoefrags a GED yes. You can go the infantry option and then tell your command you want to do the Scout Sniper screener if they host it.
