Hii please incase you have left over of the bofrot mix how do you keep it please
Hello is it leftover from what you fried or from the batter?
If it’s from the fried Bofrot, store it in an airtight bag and keep in the fridge. Microwave for about 30 seconds when you’re ready to eat.
It will be a waste to keep leftovers from the batter as it will ferment and smell
