    Auntie Hilda, may l know the time of the day this batter is prepared and it's put aside overnight? If known, the number of hours for it to proof can be calculated. Thanks.

      I normally prepare it around 8 pm and fry it around 7:30 the following day

    Can you also make it easy by also stating the number of cups when you give it in grams? That way, we do not have to go through the process of converting to a cup measurement.

    It's beautiful and l know it will taste good. But the problem is, this quantity is for a party therefore the quantity of ingredients, what about the quantity of ingredients to use for some few sizable balls for the family? I hope that will help much. Thanks.

    Hilda aae what about evaporated tin milk diluted/water. Hilda aae how do you get the real taste of fanti butter. The old fashion taste for plain cake and fruit cake like the eekann Australian tin/purple kraft butter there's a way tell me.
