This is the Ghanaian or Nigerian version of buns that is exactly like the Jamaican fried dumplings. Boy, our ancestors kept the food going😊 I like the Ghanaian one better though:)
Still trying to figure it out.. the first one was from the flour I used a soft flour so it didn’t work out well at all and the second one I used a hard flour almost got it but didn’t work out. The second one become too soggy after frying
