120ml of Evaporated milk
2 tsp of Yeest
1 Egg
4 tbsp of Granulated Sugar
½ tsp of Nutmeg
1 tbsp of Butter flavouring powder
45g Melted butter
120ml warm water
½tsp of salt
1tsp of pineapple flavouring
1tsp of vanilla extract

Thanks for the receipe. Pls I realized the "skin" of my bofrot wasn't hard and crunchy as those sold outside. Please what could be the cause?
You need to fry it longer on a medium low heat
