What I think happened was megatron naturally called dibs on fighting prime, then scorponok figured he could take him, so he tried, and megatron took offense to it

Man, among all these Titan class Transformers coming out recently, Fortress Maximus really got the short end of the stick mold-wise. Poor guy is basically the only that heavily uses remolded parts

In the G1 American Cartoon, Scorponok came at the tail end of the series. Galvatron merely tolerated Zarak, because he had the key to the plasma energy chamber. Megatron might not have an alliance with Zarak and thus him and the Decepticons fighting would make sense.
Nah, Megatron didn't miss. If anyone's gonna kill Optimus, Megatron wants to be the one to watch the light fade from his eyes

Probably did intend to shoot Scorponok, as during Rebirth Zarak tried to upsurp Galvatron and then by the Headmasters anime he took full control when Galvatron kicked the bucket.
Not ta mention they hate eachother so thats another incentive to shoot him

The notches in the palm of his hands, at the base of his fingers, have a purpose. The fins on the handle of Shockwaves gun mode fit perfectly into the slots, enabling Scorponok to wield him very securely. I wish I could share pics with you!
I can imagine Scorponok went out of control and wrecking everyone (even the Decepticons), and Megatron is trying to take him under control.

When I saw that box art I didn't think that the scales would allow for Scorpinok to hold Optimus Prime like that, but boy was I wrong.
One of Scorponok's advantages is that his claws are bigger than the hands of other Titan figures and better designed to grab things.
I imagine that there's gonna be an upgrade kit sooner or later for this guy that gives him his gun, maybe better hip ratchets, possibly a bigger shield, and a gun or sword for Lord Zarak.
I really enjoy the sound effects you put into the videos, makes everything more hilarious and brings happiness.

The hwadmaster’s name for Scorponok is Zarak. We first heard of him in the season 4 rebirth trilogy mini series, but was more famously known in the Japanese G1 exclusive series The Headmasters.
For some weird reason i like the Lord Zarak toy much more than Scorponok himself
The horns can also double as weapons for Lord Zarek.

At this point, all five cartoon city formers have finally been updated. But where does Hasbro go from there on Titan-class wise? Aside from a bunch of repaints there's only one giant left out of the G1 cartoon line that needs to have an updated toy, and I think we all know who that would have to be, but the question is, could Hasbro pull it off, as he would have to be even bigger than a base former to make him work and it would probably be the most expensive figure of all time. It would also be the unthinkable.
If u mean Unicron, he is already getting a toy. Its gonna be stupid expensive though.

Scorponok can bloooosh and also smooosh with those claws! I like base mode but seeing the TM seat where it is, it looks like an epic throne for Mini-Zarak. Great and also entertaining review as always! :)

Even though he doesn't have an official name, my personal headcanon is that the tiny Titan Master is Zarak and the bigger body is Mega Zarak, with the whole thing forming Scorponok's head.
Same. You’re keeping a mix between his Rebirth self and Headmasters self, with the small dude being the Nebulan and the larger body being his Transtector, and the names reflect that.
