When i watch the various uniqe mural around the area you visited in JB it reminds me with your video you took during your trip to Malang Indonesia. By the way, the people at Malang used to be creative until their place was famous and attracted more visitors.
These days, people like to paint their cities/ towns in colorful colors. It is certainly one way to bring visitors in it. Competition now is getting hotter since everyone is doing it. Good that places like Penang or Malang do it much earlier
