@@alex6688Barbie didnt call her arrogant. It was more so about Christina confidence being so high her getting humbled a lil bit by the flat bread pizza.
In a season with Tiffany and Robyn, how Barbie ends up with the most criticism and hate is beyond me. I really don’t get it. She’s obviously not perfect (she’s maybe like a 9) but Robyn and Tiffany were borderline insufferable the entire season.
I still can't wrap my head around the Barbie hate. She cooks, she helps, she's passionate about the food, she doesn't shout or go in a frenzy for absolutely no reason
While all that is true, I guess its because shes just not sympathetic, every confessional just sounds condescending and sarcastic. She might have reasons to be like that bc of her teammates (except christina ^^) but its just not something that makes her likeable.
She's a professional, but she's there to win too. I suppose she knows though that if other people go down, she will too. All that is antithetical to some of the clowns on the Red Team and Red Team past.
A rare Christina mistake. And at least Christina let Barbie help. If that was Tiffany she would have just punched her. Barbie asked Kimmie if she wanted help she said no and wound up getting it from Gordon.
@@HESHRocketWarheadIt’s possible she did make more mistakes, but it would still be less than everybody else. When Gordon eliminates people the editors make it to where the audience can see why, so if Christina really did mess up more they would’ve shown it. Kimmie and Robyn have easily two of the worst personalities on Hells Kitchen, neither of them can take responsibility and deflect blame nonstop, basically the complete opposite of what you’d want in a head chef.
I love when Gordon Ramsay is honest with them. Because in all honesty he's multitasking multiple events and still has to find time with his family. Which he has separate cooking classes with them making the dish. Very wholesome & I'd recommend checking them out. The main issue here though is timing. Someone tries to skip a step or mess up a dish they get low to 0 leniency here. However they dont show how much per dish these cost for a reason. The focus may be on the expertise, but every failure they're burning money and valuable resources. Overall love the show for the honesty of the stress they have to go through for that perfect night to happen. In older kitchen nightmares you see restaurants that literally are over listed with options, backstocked of aging resources or undercooked. So again. Love to see this because overall its educational and depending on where the chefs end up, they need to adapt, be very efficient and be fast.
Remember y'all that this was from eleven years ago. The Red Team are chill with each other and apologized for their actions, admitting the competition and lack of entertainment (no games, no books, no TV, no anything) and being around each other 24/7 really racketed tensions but it isn't an excuse for the stuff that went down.
It definitely is, but you have to keep in mind that they’re going to inject drama/tension in situations when they can. This is a reality show and not a straight up cooking competition, otherwise people like Tiffany would’ve gone home sooner than they did.
