Advising someone on health issues is a huge responsibility. I have followed many health coaches on RUclips, tried their advise and realized that each person is different, and even if someone has healed their health issues, their approach might not work for others. I see that there is a huge gap between the traditional medicine and holistic health coaches, meaning people who can apply both in-depth knowledge about medicine that is acquired by studying for many years and the ability to see a person as a whole and apply natural healing approach.

I think there's honestly just a different tempo and lifestyle living in a European city compared to places like Bali. I don't know if I could ever stay in Bali long term.
I originally thought about moving to Barcelona last year but ended up building & living in a van instead, so I'm excited to get a real-time peak into how it is to live there.
Visiting a city is never the same as actually living there!

And yeah, I used to think that I would stay in Bali for around 5 years and then move back to Europe but after 4 months there I was ready to go back home 🥲 ahhh I’m always dreaming about the van life in the back of my head - is it like you thought it would be? And I think, you’d love Barcelona, I really think it’s one of the best cities in Europe but I’m a little biased 🫢

Agh I wrote a full response to your question but then it all disappeared..😭But either way it was a hard question to give a short answer to.
Basically I think it comes down a lot to what kind of lifestyle you're in it for. For me it was mostly about just working & living from many different unique places. But then this kind of fomo appears because I want to be travelling & exploring everything as I go, while still having an almost full-time job that takes up most of my day. So it's a peculiar balance, but I definitely think I have a lot more to experience with it. I've had a lot of bad luck and mishaps so the actual weeks of having a "normal" life & routines hasn't been that many yet.
The biggest unforeseen downside for me was definitely how not optimised van life is for spending longer periods or living in bigger cities. I had a break-in in Nice, France so by the time I got to Barcelona I was pretty scared in terms of where to park. I ended up only parking like 1 hour outside of the city and that's just not the same. So I might still end up moving there (or another city) sometime in the future.🥰

I get the fear te cut layers for the first time. The first time i cut long layers so i could try it for the first time without cutting too much. So maybe you could do that too. (You have much longer hair than me tho, so please first talk to your hair dresser if he/she can cut it beautifully)
