I used to watch your videos years ago when I was 14-16 years old, struggling with cystic acne and being bullied most days. I'm now 25 and I rediscovered your channel late last year when I found myself struggling with hair loss. Thankfully my cystic acne went away and my hair is now growing back (I'm pretty sure it was stress induced TE), although I do still struggle with oily skin and breakouts. You've helped me so much with not only understanding my skin and hair, but you've also helped me with my overall mental wellbeing and self confidence. You are sunshine and I'm so happy to have your videos back in my life! You have introduced me to so many products that are now staples in my skincare rituals, and you've introduced me to many other content creators who have also helped. I never purchase a skincare product without seeing if you have reviewed it first, and always take your advice on board. Thank you for all the help you have provided over the years xx

I hope everything is going to work out for you truly.. one thing to look at and doctors will fail to tell you this a lot of them don't study it unless you go to the appropriate doctor.. but majority of the time hair loss in females is alopecia and it is literally a auto immune disorder it is when you're antibodies decide for no reason to attack your hair follicles yes and other horrible diseases that the immune system can do like Lupe's And rheumatoid arthritis and so on and so forth and diseases that are horrible actually life-threatening all belong to the auto immune in this case which would be re your immune system is so strong .. yes that's your antibodies go rogue they go mental and they decide to attack a part of your body in your case it seems the follicles also acne severe acne is also auto immune just a little information to give you and you can maybe start looking it up and reading up on it and maybe seeing a doctor about it and see if you can perhaps take something to suppress your immune system yes it sounds scary but with people with auto immune disorders we have a higher than normal immune system it's always ready to attack That is why it attacks places we don't want it 2 so please have a look into that and I know this because my mother has the same thing

From the ingredients, I assume it would be better for dark circles, not so much bags, IMO. I take before and after pictures, because I cannot always tell just looking. I also try things for 6 weeks before taking the after pictures, as at 35, my skin cycle should be about 30 days, but I use Retinal or Tretinoin. So, just to be safe, I wait 6 weeks.

I agree with you about eye creams. They put them in bottles that are 1/3 to a quarter the size of the same brand of face cream and then mark the price up to triple the amount. All you have to do is grab a bottle of one brand of face cream, and the same brand of eye cream , then compare the ingredients. They are the same exact thing in different bottles. As a matter of fact, I won’t even buy a product if they do that . If the company tries to repackage the same thing and blow the price up, I ain’t buying it! It’s pure dishonesty. Anyway, back to the video. I can’t wait to see what happens lol. Love ya ❤

I think it's made a teensy difference in your one under eye puff, but what's most noticeable is how much brighter that under eye area is to the other eye. It could even be that because it's brighter it looks just looks like it's reduced. I would say go with your gut on this one and not buy again, but maybe use a less expensive under eye product that you like for brightening that area. At least that way you can help how the puff looks.

There are two kinds of puffiness under the eye, FAT under the eye area and accumulation of WATER 💧 under the eye area. This product will work only if the under eye has accumulated water. It won't give results if the under eye is accumulated with fat. Probably in your case, the under eye area has fat pads, which is why you are not seeing results 🤔
The only thing that will work is hyaluronic acid soft dermal fillers to help camouflage the fat pads under the eye area.❤

Girl, Im 45 and have been using Ordinary products for about 4 months now. It has been amazing my skin has tightened, brightened, and is smoother. My wrinkles are less noticeable. I would highly recommend it. If the product is sticky you're using too much. I believe it's not working for you because your skin does not need it yet. You have beautiful skin. It's great your taking good care of your skin now. Which helps down the line. But don't knock the product, because as for the video seeing your skin this formula will be wonderful for your skin for preventing wrinkles, sagging, etc. it's brightened my face so much. Lol, make this video 20 yrs from now and tell me what you think. I'm sure by then there will be something even better. I use tret on my under eyes.
I recommend it if you have a high tolerance for retinoids.
Helped build collagen and decrease the visibility of a vein that’s really close to the surface of my skin there and causes my dark cirlces.
Always follow your dermatologists recommendations for sure though.
Mine said anyone that can tolerate exfoliating the under eyes will see huge improvement if they do it consistently. It improves basically any issues you might have with that region of the face that can be age related or similar to my issues- a visible vein.

I’m a 42 year old male, and I’ve NEVER had puffiness or dark circles around my eyes- UNTIL RECENTLY. Over the summer I started retaining fluid and was put on a diuretic the first week of August. I cut out soda and drastically changed my diet. October came around and I decided to treat myself with a soda, and 1 turned in to 2, and 2 into 4, etc. etc. etc. a few days later I puffed up and so did my face and my eyes. A few days later (after running to the restroom every 20 minutes for 2 days) I was left with bags and dark circles under my eyes. I really don’t know why they call them dark circles because they’re not circles… anyway- I’ve tried everything- hoping to get rid of puffiness and discoloration. It’s crazy how you wake up one morning and you look 5 years older. Ordered this product last night from the Ordinary- I have an appointment with the dermatologist in a couple of weeks- hope to get the eye issue fixed - ASAP - it’s depressing.

Sooo my take on this product… I mostly got this for my fine lines/crows-toes and I very much notice a difference on my 41 year young face. As for le poof, I sleep on the side of my face and I wake up puffy, this is a great help for that just as the peptide less prior option, that one I’m finishing off on my full face and love as a serum. I feel like the fatty pad bags wouldn’t be a well targeted issue with this as much as just fluid buildup. To the sticky icky, I put this on before all other products so I notice it none. I’d have to say, overall I really like this for my personal needs! 🦋

Where you live affects the way serums hydrate and have an effect on your skin/ undereyes, too. Hyalauronic acid can dry you out if you live in harsh dry climates, it'll draw the water from the deeper layers of your skin vs. drawing the water from the environment around you and plumping.

Not sure if it’s discolouration that has been alleviated, or if the puffiness is less so there’s less of a shadow? But absolutely can see a clear difference. I think bias comes from seeing yourself in the mirror everyday. In my opinion your under eye where you have used the product definitely looks lighter and brighter. Probably best would be to do a photo before the start of using product and after certain time of using it and compare them side to side. Additionally our faces do not have identical both sides so on one your under eye might be slightly darker e.g.

Almost the same type of side effects that I get when use a lash serum (which I haven’t used in a year and half and never will again). I went to see an optometrist and he said I have a lot of blocked glands in my upper eyelash, and that’s why my eyes r constantly tearing up. I used to apply the serum twice a day to both top and bottom. I have gone down to once at night and just under my eye. Like I said I don’t know if it’s the serum, but I’ve scaled back on everything except spf in a bid to stop my eyes from being clogged and irritated.

Tbh I stopped trying anything from the ordinary because after maybe $150 of wanting to love them I never finished anything and never found anything that blew me away; their squalane is fine and the mandelic acid can be handy for ingrowns, but ultimately I have other formulated products I like better that serve more use cases and were better tested (some of their claims seemed dubious scientifically too, apart from the fact that combining random raw ingredients will never produce the same results as a true formulated product containing those ingredients).
I have come to see their inexpensive-ness as a fallacy, because nobody buys just one thing from the ordinary and then you end up with tons of bottles and a super complicated routine but you’re still not happy so you buy even more ordinary products that aren’t solving your problems and then you get to “I have more products than I can use before they degrade or expire” territory. I came to the realization that I’m happier and it ultimately costs less (and is better for the environment) to buy the potentially higher priced thing that works than to waste money trying 20 different less expensive mediocre things I never finish. If you want to try an eye cream, I’ve been happy with the Cerave skin renewing eye cream (purple tube) it is probably the best overall eye cream I’ve ever used, also happens to be the cheapest I’ve ever bought by far, and it has lasted me like 9 months.
