Here's a short video showing off the new and exciting PA-28R Arrow III for X-Plane 12, due for release on Friday 28th June 2024.
The X-Plane 12 Arrow III from Just Flight and Thranda Design comes in seven ultra-high-quality paint schemes and includes a host of new features, visual upgrades that take full advantage of all that X-Plane 12 has to offer and a brand-new multi-function Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) tablet.
Among the new features are 8K interior and exterior textures, PBR materials with real-time environment reflections, comprehensive IFR-capable avionics fit, top quality FMOD sound set, numerous animations and a Dynamic Liveries feature that allows users to customise the aircraft’s paint scheme colour and design from the EFB and adjust the level of dirt.

Having logged time in a PA-28, I'm picking up this ADD-on as my first PIPER product in Sim. Excellent work !!!!

Did Thranda Design ever have any workings with P3D? Their name sounds familiar.
On msfs it looks out dated on how it looks graphically, otherwise a great aircraft imho.
Once MSFS2024 comes out, X-Plane will officially be obsolete. I wouldn't waste too much time developing for a niche dead platform.

I remember hearing this from MSFS fans 24 years ago, when I bought X-Plane 5. Still waiting for X-Plane to die. Any moment now, I'm sure.....
be rather thankful for two great flightsimulators. What reason to bash one of it...
Even if that is going to be the case, it is not something to celebrate. A market with more than one good flight simulator is always healthier for the consumers.
However, I hope X-Plane leadership can see the direction of the market for what it is and up their game to compete meaningfully instead of relying on a small group of childish fanboys who insist on denying reality. The gap is getting too wide to bridge between the two simulators, especially with the new standards which MSFS 2024 is expected to set.
