Excellent information on your technique! Also, compliments on the continuing improvement to your audio/visual quality!! It’s a challenging environment to record in and you are doing great.
👍👍😎👍👍 thanks Bill for the detailed description and demo’s. And little tips along the way like the plastic film covering for your steel table top are so much appreciated. Sharing your knowledge and experience is the nicest practical gift we all will probably receive this holiday season. Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas 🎄
Bill - thanks for one more extremely comprehensive tutorial. I LOVE your technique of using a spacer to ensure you get two parallel pre-stretched areas. That's so much better than moving the fence!
Bill, great work and a fine job of explaining the residual stress state in the sheet as-rolled vs. when beads/shape is introduced. On your example of pre-stretch with the two beads I agree with you 100% (of course 😊) but I feel you left out the fact that the more distorted bead was closer to an edge than the flatter bead that was more mid-panel. The near free edge contributes to the distortion. Do you agree?
Great video. Thanks.
Great video on pre stretch and isolating the bead with flat tooling after completion
Holy cow! Thank you

Thanks Bill - I never fail to learn something useful from your tutorials. All the best
Great knowledge thanks for teaching us. Have a wonderful Christmas.
Another great video 👍 Thank you William, and Merry Christmas 😀
Great video Bill with lots of useful techniques. I always learn something from your videos.
I wish this video had come out before I made the gas tank for my car. It turned out fine but I wouldn't have had to figure out the beading on my own.
The content is great. Thanks for this video Bill. Cheers👍

Hi. I agree with you, that there is more distortion when it is closer to the edge of the panel
Thx Bill
