That definitely had some major intake leaks after this install and needed to be redone. The gaskets on the upper intake were installed with the plastic locators pointing up which will not allow the upper intake plenum to sit down flat on gaskets.
these cars are known to burn so much oil. i literally put 1 quart every month. Now the owner was not straight forward with running the car short of approx 3quarts of oil. Not good
You way over torqued the intake bolts my friend. 17 Ft Lbs is what service data calls for. Reason being is over time your intake will warp. Great job otherwise 👍

Is supposed to have six bolts in the plenum it is missing bolt in the back left hand corner

Could've been the issue with this one also. Since the real problem was timing chain
