Love your camel Disovery. Are you sure its a 300tdi? Its got a 200tdi dash and headlights. I can't see in the video but if the revers gear is under 5th then its a 300tdi, if its next to 1st then its a 200tdi. If it was built before 1995 then its a 200tdi and after 1995 then it should be a 300tdi. To be fare they are both good strong engines as long as you keep on top of the sevicing they will run well and are becoming classics now so the value should start to go up on them soon. Just keep them away from salt water as here in the UK the main thing that kills them are rust problems, On a positive side the engines last forever and are easy to get hold of if you ever need an engine. I should also point out the discovery dosn't have locking axle diffs, It has a center diff locking front and back axles together.
