1.How exactly does the oven simulate ball usage ? I see it being heated and 4 wheels rolling on it. How is that simulating the real thing though? 2. About the footprint tool. Why are we looking on top, and not on the bottom where the weight of the ball presses on the slab? 3. Since the immortalizer is a heat insulator, why also have a special base to put it on, (a base which fights against the same temp differentials) ?
It doesn't prevent a ball from dying. It just delays it. There needs to be long term tests. Will this ball stored in this bag for 6 months perform the same as ball just made from the manufacturer?
Jeff Heimbecker results are best on brand new balls since it is hard to measure on an ‘old’ ball with usual wear. It is a great solution for long term storage on existing equipment as well. I guess the right answer is to say that it never hurts to take proper care of your equipment.

Sounds great!!! We'll look into getting some of these!
How many total bowling balls were tested? Not counting the 4 you show in this video
Great stuff!! How well does it work on a ball that is say 6-8 months old?
