my account was suspended due to listing violations. My variations didnt have correct child asins ( my products are printed paper items in diff sizes, colors and patterns). I got notices on this and attempted to rectify the problem but then my account got suspended. I dont really have a time to submit any appeal. Account health isnt helpful bc im only told i need to show proof i didnt violate any amazon policy at all. But actually I did and after understanding the problem i tried to rectify. They only want a dispute and no appeal or explanation.

Glad you got it back brother. Just been hit with section 3 account deactivation. So stressful to have your business just come to stand still in the sake of 24 hours. God willing I get it back, stressful period ahead but will get through it.

I had a multiple accounts violation in mid December due to my accounts for UK and Japan. Wasn’t as severe as this but even going through that process and reactivating weighed on me I can only imagine on this level. Great content as always

Have submitted all documentation requested. Bank statements, letter of authorization, invoices, ID, Business formation documents. Have gone back and forth with them about 5 times just as far as submissions go. Can't even count how many times i've called in trying to get more insight. Do you specifically provide 1 on 1 guidance in help with account reactivation? And if not, do you know anyone who does? Thank you, hopefully talk soon.
Hi. I currently have a section 3 deactivation for authenticity for an ASIN that they never were able to verify the invoice. It is fully authentic, and when my account got deactivated, they asked for my supply chain invoice, which I provided that as well, and it goes back all the way to Adidas. But they still cannot verify one of the other wholesalers. Any recommendation on what I can do? I have only been submitting invoices, proof of payment and ID for now.
Curious, how do you know your supplier goes all the way back to Adidas? Do you have documentation that shows that? That's likely the issue from my experience, that they can see it is not traced to Adidas. That is very very difficult to do as wholesale resellers. They will likely ask for LOA on the next step and that's where I'm at as well. @joshuagak7901

I submitted all the documents they requested, again my bills, business license, Seller permit, they have my ID and picture, my credit card on file. I am lost! How long it takes to reactivate it? So are listings state for example Nissin ramen cup of noodles on the title but the brand says the name of the company like azseller1 that is a bad listing? If you list on those you expose yourself to section 3?

This makes me feel a little better about my current state dealing with a section 3. Definitely going to use some of this info with the next appeal.

Mine is deactivated on 3 products. 4 submissions, the interview and 2 other phones calls. Will try this approach, thank youi

You need to call amz until they can transfer you to someone useful and they will tell you what they actually want to see
