WTF Is? Material - Normalize in Unreal Engine 4 ( UE4 )

    Why did you dot product the Normal map with the Camera position? Was it just to convert the normal map to a grayscale?
    In this example will you see the most dramatic change if the camera teleports to the opposite side of the origin?

    Is it possible to use this to have a texture always face the direction of the camera somehow?
