Referred to as “Modern-day troubadour” CEM YILDIZ has been relentlessly pushing the boundaries of Anatolian and Alevi-Bektashi music, delivering a shamanic performance. With electrified saz and vocals, drawing inspiration from the musician-poets of Anatolia, CEM YILDIZ immerses you in the atmosphere of Istanbul's urban and underground music.
Ready for a takeoff with his live performance with the poetic title “I Fly, The Skies Fly” !
The singular musical universe of CEM YILDIZ flourishes both in solo performances, on film soundtracks, at major festivals such as Sonar Barcelona and the Montreux Jazz Festival, as well as through his regular collaborations with the French group Acid Arab.
