Thanks @oldpelon I don’t get out to the beach much at all but this one was right near a WW2 firing range so was an interesting hunt, always a good day out detecting though eh😊
Thanks@@addwithadz i do find the depth drops in summer on dry baked pasture, plus it all depends what program you are using and how contaminated your ground is? For me if I can hit a 12” smallish hammered coin I’m happy so if you can hit one in summer on pasture at 10” you can’t go wrong, if you are looking for outright depth I’d probably be on sensitive with pitch or a nice 5 tone program running high square, good luck👍
@@DIRTBROSDETECTING cheers mate, I buried a silver sixpence love token at 13" in the garden, I left it a few weeks and now I struggle to get it unless I open the machine right up
@@DIRTBROSDETECTING I have a small defect on the underside of my coil so I'm concerned that's effecting my depth, I'll have to get it sent back I think
@@addwithadz when they resin the underneath of the coils it’s normal to see a slight imperfection, I wouldn’t of thought that would affect depth, if your worried give regtons a call and they will help you out👍 if you want max depth on clean ground I’m sure you know to drop your reactivity to 1 or below and silencer 0 and sensitivity as high as you area will allow, you do get days like that where you havnt found any deep stuff for a while and then something pops up and all faith is restored, keep swinging😊
Thanks for vid.
@@ohiofredl no problem 😊
Nice beach hunt

Great video as always mate 👌 question......what depth do you think you get on average with the D2 this time of year on dry pasture?
